service upon and during stay were great! however the staff were really indifferent after we checked out :( i am almost 7 months pregnant with a big belly and was standing in the cold with my luggages waiting for my husband but no one offered help. the staff just walked past me.. the cleanliness can be improved, we found a used plaster in our room at our private open air bath. and the showering area drainage is clogged, when we showered our feet became oily from the clogged drain. but i must say we loved the amenities and activities provided by the hotel which included the taiko drum and piano performances in the night, as well as the free yukata rental. loved the view from hotel even more! private open air bath in the room was great and temperature of the water can be adjusted by the hotel personnel as well, just give the reception a call. the mt fuji view from the open air bath on in our room was not fantastic as it was on the left side, but it was good enough. just a small view of the whole mountain. my husband went to the public open air onsen on the 10th floor (segregated timings for men and women respectively) and he said the view of the mt fuji was very very nice, five times better than in the room, and the mountain looked bigger and nearer. the in room dining for dinner was 8 course meal and very filling. loved the black wagyu fillet steak (small piece, can’t choose doneness, it was well cooked). it was delicious! the breakfast buffet at garden terrace had good view of the gardens too. had a wide variety of food from japanese to western. very sumptuous. check in early after 2.30pm to enjoy the amenities and services! you get to enjoy complimentary tea at at the tea house but it closes at 6pm. club lounge free snacks and drinks will end at 6pm too.

Served in-room dinner was excellent. A lot of stuff to do within the hotel including outdoor hotspring, tea house, foot bath, shopping, club lounge, drum show, etc. Room was great with private bath. Overall staff were helpful and warm except for those at the check in counter

Our stay at Bessho Sasa was nothing short of amazing. The Japanese garden was really nice and serene, and we had a good time at the wine lounge as well. The room itself is great, bed is super comfortable, room is really clean. On top of that, the private onsen in the room was the best of it all, with a magnificent view of Mt Fuji as the backdrop. Dinner service was perfect, the staff went out and beyond, and even offered to help our kids sharpen their color pencils for coloring. Hope to return again next time!

It turns out that there are different types of rooms in the hotel. Only the fourth and fifth floors of the main building are called Ranran Villa, and you can enjoy the lounge on the fourth and fifth floors. The hotel service is very, very good. A special person will lead the way to introduce the room, including afternoon tea, dinner, and the next morning. The room is very clean, and the bedding is the most comfortable of all the hotels I have stayed in. The dinner is very good, and the utensils are very good. The private soup on the balcony is very comfortable, but it was a pity that it rained when we came, so we didn't see Mount Fuji. The hotel parking is very convenient, there are so many parking places, even across the road is its parking lot. In short, I am very satisfied with this choice and will definitely go again. The most coincidental thing is that I met neighbors from the same community in Singapore at the hotel. It's really a coincidence. Oh, and the hotel's garden is beautiful. There is a room where you can write messages and enjoy the scenery. We spent a quiet afternoon. By the way, I am a very picky person and rarely give five-star reviews 😂🤣

Very nice hotel! The large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room can see Mount Fuji not far away, of course when the weather is fine. The hot spring in the room is very comfortable and convenient to soak in. The room facilities are fully equipped and the scenery of the entire hotel is also very beautiful. Five-star praise! ! !

There is no restaurant for lunch in the hotel. It only opens in the evening. You have to go out to eat at noon, but the hotel seems to provide a vehicle to the restaurant.

It's great👏The Japanese-style room has its own open-air bath to watch the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji up close. It is a must-stay hotel when traveling to Mount Fuji in Japan. Unfortunately, this time the time was too short and I did not stay enough. The hotel is very large and very rich in traditional Japanese characteristics. From the moment you enter, you can feel the Japanese culture permeating every detail. It is really amazing👍The back of the hotel is backed by a mountain and you can see a gurgling stream and a large natural garden. There is a Japanese-style cabin for guests to drink tea and watch the scenery. The open-air bath on the rooftop is only open at limited times every day. It is limited to men and women for a certain period of time, so be sure to go during the specified time! There will also be a wonderful drumming performance at 8:30 in the evening, which is shocking and cannot be missed. The experience here is really great. I will come back to this hotel next time I have a chance. It’s a perfect Japanese experience.
