Conveniently located right behind Fujisan Station just under 5 minutes walk! Easy checkin and staff were very friendly. There’s a common kitchen and dining area with free tea and water. Snacks, canned drinks & instant noodles also available for purchase at a low cost! There’s also a piano in the dining area which is fun. Booked the room with the Mt Fuji view and it did not disappoint! It was also spacious for an average hotel in Japan. There are a lot of free amenities in the lobby area too like free pajamas, toothbrush, etc. not near any convenience store but the hotel’s purchasable snacks are handy. Sometimes there’s a food truck parked outside as well. Local eateries are around the area too so not a worry. Best part of the hotel was their rooftop terrace where you can get a picturesque view of Mount Fuji and even Fuji-Q Highland theme park!

The room is large and the environment is beautiful. You can see Mount Fuji when you look up. It is close to Kawaguchiko Station and the bus station. The disadvantage is that it is difficult to get a taxi. It would be perfect if the hotel provided a pick-up service
Came here for my friend’s birthday celebration. Hotel has tea ceremony on arrival (free of charge) at around 4pm, in a traditional tea house facing a beautiful river, the hotel also gave us a glass of a Japanese sake (also free of charge) that we can enjoy next to the river. Room is big, came with a private hot spring in the room, hot spring and living room is facing mt Fuji, very nice room. There’s a traditional drum shows after dinner everyday, also a small game after the show. We were very lucky that we both got a gift from the game. There was cockroaches in the room, one big cockroach and a few very tiny cockroaches in the bathroom area, others than that, it’s a beautiful place to stay. Still love this hotel v much.

service upon and during stay were great! however the staff were really indifferent after we checked out :( i am almost 7 months pregnant with a big belly and was standing in the cold with my luggages waiting for my husband but no one offered help. the staff just walked past me..
the cleanliness can be improved, we found a used plaster in our room at our private open air bath. and the showering area drainage is clogged, when we showered our feet became oily from the clogged drain.
but i must say we loved the amenities and activities provided by the hotel which included the taiko drum and piano performances in the night, as well as the free yukata rental.
loved the view from hotel even more! private open air bath in the room was great and temperature of the water can be adjusted by the hotel personnel as well, just give the reception a call. the mt fuji view from the open air bath on in our room was not fantastic as it was on the left side, but it was good enough. just a small view of the whole mountain. my husband went to the public open air onsen on the 10th floor (segregated timings for men and women respectively) and he said the view of the mt fuji was very very nice, five times better than in the room, and the mountain looked bigger and nearer.
the in room dining for dinner was 8 course meal and very filling. loved the black wagyu fillet steak (small piece, can’t choose doneness, it was well cooked). it was delicious!
the breakfast buffet at garden terrace had good view of the gardens too. had a wide variety of food from japanese to western. very sumptuous.
check in early after 2.30pm to enjoy the amenities and services! you get to enjoy complimentary tea at at the tea house but it closes at 6pm. club lounge free snacks and drinks will end at 6pm too.

This is my first time in the Mount Fuji area. I booked the hotels pretty late so the price went up a little. But it was totally worth it.
The hotel gave us free admission tickets to Fuji Q while we’re waiting for our rooms to be ready the day when we checked in. Fuji Q was huge- even if you’re not a rider you can still enjoy the fun atmosphere or just eat there. The weather wasn’t great but I think the park and the hotel made the trip still enjoyable.
The room was very spacious and clean. If the weather was better, we should be able to see Mount fuji right from our window, and we actually did in one of the mornings there at 6AM!
There’s an onsen at the hotel too. A great one. I love it. I will still want to return to this hotel if I ever want to go to Mount fuji or the lakes again. There’s a free shuttle bus to the lake station so it’s really convenient.

We stayed one night and hired a driver for the trip. The view around there is beautiful, waking our just a few meters away there is a donki donki, where u can buy some things. And Walking along the street there are a few restaurants. Good point is we booked a family villa. There are two floor and two toilets.
The bathroom is relatively small but ok for most Asian size.
Hotel breakfast is just simple bread and cereal. So i would suggest to eat breakfast not in hotel. You can grab some food in hotel, but probably you will need to plan for another meal soon . But that’s totally not a problem at all as if you are travelling around the attractive places , you will easily find good food to fill your stomach . Overall this is a very great place to stay if you have own transport

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fuji Gran Villa! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offering breathtaking views of Mount Fuji that felt like a dream.
The amenities were top-notch, from the cozy beds to the luxurious private onsen. Every corner of the villa exuded comfort and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions and serene surroundings that provided a peaceful escape from the city.
What truly set Fuji Gran Villa apart was the thoughtful touches—the welcome snacks, personalized recommendations, and the staff's genuine care for their guests. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to create an unforgettable experience.

GGuest UserThe weather was cloudy so I couldn't see Mt. Fuji, but the view around the hotel was so pretty, the owner was kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The taxi fare from Busasan Station to the hotel was to Shinjuku, so it was more expensive than coming back to Busasan Station, but the hotel owner gave me a ride to Busasan Station twice. It was even better because there was a hot spring in the hotel, and it's a place I'd like to visit again if I get the chance.

Our family stayed at the Megu Fuji plus + for two nights! We mainly chose this hotel because we wanted to see the full view of Mount Fuji. The weather was bad when we arrived on the first day, and we were disappointed that we couldn't find any trace of Mount Fuji. Fortunately, there is a large department store Diaso opposite the accommodation, which is within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The landlord is very nice and prepared drinks for us. We bought food from a nearby supermarket and cooked it in the accommodation. It is fully equipped and has a washing machine and dryer.
The accommodation building is three stories high, with a living room, dining room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the second floor are two Western-style rooms and a tatami room, a bathroom and a toilet. The rooftop on the third floor has tables, chairs and a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Fortunately we saw Mount Fuji clearly the next morning.
Since there was an urgent report on the day of check-out and we needed to delay our departure, we asked the hotel to delay our check-out. The hotel was very nice and only paid an extra 1,000 yen for us to delay our check-out for one hour, which made it easier for me to complete my work. There are three parking spaces in front of the house. Even if the parking lot is full, it is not far away if you need to park in the nearby parking lot. It is only a five-minute walk away. If I visit this area again, I will consider this accommodation.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is near to many eateries like McDonalds, KFC, Saizeriya and many other restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Korean etc). It’s 10mins walk to Fuji-Q Highland and La Ville de Gaspard Et Lisa Amusement Park. A huge Don Quijote store is just 3 mins walk from the hotel. 7-Eleven, Family Mart and Daiso is nearby too.
My double room (Room 305) is quite spacious and the room’s window faces Mt. Fuji directly, the view was awesome!
Only one unpleasant experience; the common/public corridor’s carpet is old and stained. My bed’s headboard was dusty and not cleaned.
T
AAnonymous UserBooked to go to Fuji-Q Highland, the hotel has its own outdoor hot spring, which can be used in the evening and morning. It is really comfortable to come back from a day in the amusement park and soak in the hot spring! The breakfast is also great! There are Japanese and Western options. I chose the Japanese one, which is delicious~
PPaste2itWe love this place and the very nice view of Mt Fuji. Everything here is good, spacious and walking distance to Mt Fuji Stn and 7-11.
Just that Near the railway sometimes it's a bit noisy but no problems for us. Check in system really difficult, luckily the cleaner passby to help us. We will come back one day.
GGuest UserA fun glamping experience. I really think the cabins could benefit from management staying in them overnight from time to time - things like no hooks to hang things, dark and smoky vestibules outside the cabins, pots that don't work on induction heat etc. could be resolved.
But overall a well-managed place in a nice location.
