A well-established hot spring hotel. The facilities are very traditional Japanese style. The waiters provide very considerate Japanese service. The food is basically based on local seafood. Overall, it is a very good hotel. The only regret is that many of the waiters are older. , so I’m actually not very friendly to China. Of course they won’t show it, but they don’t know that I can speak Japanese, so I heard it when I muttered. For ordinary Chinese tourists, there is actually no need to pay too much attention.

Traditional family-style hot spring ♨️ hotel, the hotel is full of history, and there is also its own museum on the first floor. There is a cave hot spring and a Roman hot spring, which are small in scale, but clean and have their own characteristics.

We were there in April 2024. The condition of the premises is very good, clean. But the feeling of the premises is from the 60s of the last century. This is probably how it should be. For a very old hotel this is expected. The service is exaggeratedly perfect. We left the hotel for a walk and an employee immediately escorted us and offered to take umbrellas at the door on the way out. We came in from the street where it was raining and the administrator at the front desk ran when he saw us into the utility room and brought towels for our faces and hands to dry off. The maid, seeing us leaving the room with the child, immediately asked us to stay and within a minute brought a child’s yukata and children’s slippers. They called us for breakfast 5 minutes before the appointed time and warned that everything was ready. Breakfast is above all praise (national dishes), very varied and large comprehensive breakfast. We highly recommend it to those who want to get acquainted with a version of a national hotel - a ryokan.

There are many local Japanese guests, but it is actually more suitable for foreigners to experience! There are caves and Roman baths here, which belong to historical sites and used to be the royal hotel; there are Japanese-style tatami rooms, and the hotel staff will lay out mattresses and futons while you are eating (the room is so big, no problem for four or five people); the rooms here They are all sea view rooms. If you are lucky, you can see Mt. Fuji clearly, and Mt. Fuji at sunset is even more beautiful (if you want to take a good picture of Mt. Fuji, you need to bring a telephoto); there are very particular Japanese cuisine, local seafood dishes and rich Japanese breakfast (The family said it was better than the thousands of dollars of kaiseki in Kyoto); it has an unparalleled location. After enjoying the Enoshima Shrine and the sea view, you can go down the mountain smoothly. It will be even better if you catch the lantern festival Great value!
