Only inform the air-con is malfunction and can not use one day before arrival, sending email to request at least electric fan as alternative solution due to is hot summer, but didn't receive response until we check out, very dissappointed!!

Stayed here with a friend primarily for sightseeing in Enoshima. It was super convenient for getting around, being close to Shin-Enoshima Station. However, the in-room tablet wasn't connected to Wi-Fi, which made checking in and out a bit inconvenient as we had to call. While the amenities were good and plentiful, it was a shame that there was hardly any laundry detergent left on the first day of our stay, and we couldn't find any refills anywhere.
Despite these minor issues, overall, I'm satisfied. If you're considering it, you should definitely book!

Conveniently located, clean and hygienic, fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and TV. The beds are comfortable, there is no smell of smoke, and the decor has a beach surfing theme.
