Really nice hotel, located right next to convenience store, across the street has Daiso. The service is really good and polite, able to speak good English. Definitely recommended!

Budget hotel with complete amenities. Rooms are small but offer a view of Mt Fuji. Breakfast is in japanese buffet style with negitoro don. Worth for money.

Breakfast time until 8:30, which was indeed a bit early, and packed all the food on time, the room was bigger than I imagined, waking up early in the morning to see Mount Fuji, very moving!

There are many restaurants to choose from nearby, and it is close to the bus station. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel, which is great. The breakfast is okay, and it is a good choice for going to Mount Fuji.

The breakfast is rich and you can eat while looking at Mount Fuji. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as gasoline stations and 100yen shops. The hot spring has only one pool, but it is very comfortable.

Although it is a little far from Fujinomiya Station, we walked there. Mount Fuji could be seen from the window of our room, so it felt like we got a bargain. There was free all-you-can-drink coffee and juice. Breakfast was a buffet, with a free selection of Japanese and Western dishes. We heated up the Fujinomiya yakisoba in the hotel's microwave and ate it. There was also a large public bath, so we were able to stretch our legs and relax in the bath. Overall, it was a hotel that offered good value for money.

I only had contact with the staff at check-in, but they were nice. The bed and desk were big, so I thought the room was very convenient. I had assumed that I would be able to see Mt. Fuji outside, but that was disappointing... The size of the bath was quite different from what I saw on the website, and it was quite small, which was disappointing. The bread at breakfast was more delicious than I expected, and the variety of items was just right, not too many, not too few. Overall, I would like to stay here again.

The hotel service is very good, but the check-out time is 10 o'clock in the morning. It is too early. It is very inhumane to charge money after the time limit. The hotel's hygiene is okay. The guy at the front desk can speak English and called a taxi for us. Thank you very much!
