地處城區中心，離建三江火車站5分鐘步行距離。賓館系性價比較高，衞生做得很好，床品也不錯。前台接待大廳很寬敞，服務人員待客十分熱情，使每位客人都有賓至如歸的感覺。因此，儘管是淡季，客房也基本住滿。

今年四月份入住的，感覺非常好，應該三江地區性價比最高的賓館了，床鋪很舒服，不是劣質的。一開始入住的房間暖氣太足了，我一個南方人有點受不了，老闆娘立馬就給我換了一間，舒舒服服。樓下飯店也挺多，有烤串，烤肉，也有東北菜，餃子館。交通非常便利，去撫遠坐火車走路去車站就不到十分鐘。可能以後很難有機會再去建三江了，但還是把這家賓館推薦給大家。
