It was simple and convenient. It just picked up the first bus and went directly to Kawaguchiko. Before the bus departed, there was still time to have breakfast and wash. Go to the bus stop from the ticket purchase center and follow the next channel. You can also take the elevator or elevator to the underground bus stop according to the instructions. Come to Kawaguchiko, go to the end on the left hand side, see the tourist information, is the waiting station, all hotel buses are here to pick up guests, bus schedules are found on the hotel website; this station does not need to be reserved very convenient. The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Highland Resort and Spa, and I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the Japanese restaurant, where we were delighted by the delectable and authentic cuisine. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was just as impressive. Additionally, the onsen at the resort was a true oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. The tranquil atmosphere and soothing hot springs provided the perfect escape after a long day of exploring. Overall, our time at Highland Resort and Spa was nothing short of wonderful, leaving us with cherished memories and a desire to return in the future.

Location is near the Fuji Q highland train station. About 10 mins walk. But it took us longer than 10mins due to the summer heat. There is barely any shelter towards the villa so it is recommended to drive. Due to its close proximity to the train station, it’s easy to get to Kawaguchiko lake. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. I reached the hotel earlier than the check in time so I left my luggage at the hotel and went out to venture. To my surprise, they already brought in my luggage and even put perishable items into the fridge upon check in! The amenities are exceptional and there are free alcoholic beverages for consumption. There are many free items like masks and facial products as well. The bath is fully automated and it’s recommended to have a good soak after a day of traveling. The sukiyaki dinner and breakfast were also great, with large portions and high quality ingredients provided.

We were staying at hotel Nizi for 2 nights for our trip to Kawaguchiko and nearby area. It's about 15-20 minutes drive to Lake Kawaguchiko which is very convenience for us. The neighborhood and surrounding areas are very beautiful with plum plantations and sakura blossoms. Each room at hotel Nizi has a parking space next to the room which was great. There are few restaurants nearby, 7-eleven and gas station. The price was really cheap compared to other hotel in Kawaguchiko. The room is quite spacious and has everything we needed i.e. microwave, minibar fridge, kettle, bowl and cutlery etc. Our room has nice view of plum tress and mountain view.

The hotel's building, without the outer charm (euphemism) is difficult to reach by public transport and it is impossible to reach in the evening. There is a shipping ship that comes to you on the day of your arrival and deposits you at the station on the morning of your departure or during your stay (3 hours a morning). The rooms are very good, large and with a wonderful view of the Fuji mountain. The staff is helpful but speaks very little English and communicates by google translation. This can lead to confusion as it is happening to us. The person who received us was particularly hateful, which was not the case with the rest of the staff very happy. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

The hotel is located on the edge of Yamanaka Lake, with a quiet and elegant environment. It takes about ten minutes to walk along the lakeside trail at the entrance to Asahiki Station. There are buses from JR Fuji Station or Lake Kawaguchi. The boss can pick you up at the station for free. Or you can pay a small fee and go directly from Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino Hakkai, Gotemba Outlet and other places. The boss can arrange pick-up and drop-off. The transportation is quite convenient. The room is spacious and comfortable, with two beds and tatami mats, which is bigger than expected. a lot The landlady was also very warm and considerate. After checking out, I forgot to bring my camera and arranged for someone to bring it to us. She is really kind and kind-hearted. I lucked out and was given a larger bedroom than standard. It was a twin room with ample space between the beds and at the foot of the beds for my large suitcase. The bed had a duvet with a cover which only covered one side which I didn't think was very hygienic (I realise it's a typical Japanese style) and one pillow filled with seeds and the other was a softer tempura style pillow. The bathroom was small but functional. The towels were small and thin and only one was provided. There was mould on the shower curtain. The room lighting was ok and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately there were no English language channels on TV. There was one desk with a chair. A cupboard and good sized safe which wasn't fixed to the cupboard and a fridge. Wi-Fi was poor and kept on dropping in and out. I tried changing rooms but there was no improvement. The hotel offered free parking and it was just over the road from the train and bus station. I was able to catch a bus from there to Tokyo Haneda airport very easily. That said, booking it was a nightmare because the bus company wouldn't take internet bookings and the hotel refused to help me reserve a seat. The breakfast was ok with enough western choices such as cereal, yoghurt and croissants. The restaurant was a nice bright room. I used the hotel washing machine and dryers (for a small fee). They worked well although the machines were a bit dirty. No English was spoken at reception so communication was difficult. There were a few restaurants within walking distance (or if you drove with parking). 7 Elevens were about 10 minutes walk away. The hire car outlet was about 30 minutes walk away.
