The Hotel is too OLD and need renovation , we paid for Lake View and mount Fuji view , in fact they gave us lower floor which view blocked by other houses .
Shower was not working , force to use old style bath with dipper / small bucket for shower . the hotel rate is pricey but hotel conditions was really bad , all bath equipment are super old .

Great location with bus stop right in front of us. We got lake view, which was quite nice too. Breakfast was okay, bbq dinner was great. Staff was very kind and helpful. We eat less beef, and they were able to arrange more chicken for us the next day. Couldn’t try out the public bath and wine tasting due to the kids. The only thing was no laundry service available. Overall it was a great stay. Thank you!

The hotel is in a good location and the room has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji.
The equipment is a bit old, but the overall hygiene is good and the price/performance ratio is very good.
