去之前非常期待，到了以後加價升級到了房間裏有私湯的房型（日本酒店按人頭收費，升級房間摺合人民幣需要880/位，等於一個房間加價3500升級）。房間設施比較老了，晚餐和牛套餐也很一般，總體來説就是打卡一次，應該也是最後一次去。沒有奶蓋的富士山，跟想象中也很不一樣，沒有驚艷的感覺。

我們在河口湖住了兩晚，產屋是最受好評的。在一眾銀髮家人眼裡，產屋比馥府要好，亮堂，寬敞，有人氣，景緻也更佳。
臨湖的地利實在是產屋最大的優勢，推門入房就是一片驚呼，湖水映襯的富士山太美了。
然後必須強烈推薦產屋的温泉，有7個池，有室內池也有户外池，有靜水池也有按摩池，還有床湯，是我泡過的最舒服的温泉，特別點贊！我會再回來的。
和牛火鍋很棒！我們一行六人安排在獨立的包間，吃得很舒服。
產屋是典型的日式酒店，房間比較樸素，但勝在寬敞。

地理位置非常好，正對着富士山，早中晚會有不同的感覺。在房間裏泡着温泉，喝一杯紅酒，眺望河口湖映襯着的山景，別有風味。酒店的餐飲也很棒。

The hotel has the most stunning view of Mount Fuji and amazing rooms. However, compared to other hotels at similar price, the service was mediocre. Would like to see the service improved.
