Room was spacious and clean but other than that everything else was ok. Was expecting much better services and amenities for the room rate.

The private onsen pool was awesome We could enjoy it anytime when we wanna do :) Also Staffs were nice and breakfast was very good If you have plans to see mt. Fuji and wanna travel around Lake Kawaguchi area, I strongly recommend here to stay for one night! You will experience Japanese culture and enjoy onsen as well

This is a garden hotel with a garden. It was just renovated last year. It is very new and clean. It has sufficient facilities and a large space. It has a large living room, bedroom, cloakroom, sunroom, small garden and outdoor bath, with dry and wet separation. , suitable for recuperation and retreat, not suitable for running out frequently to avoid wasting it.

The booked presidential suite showed four beds and the price tag was US$1,000. When we arrived at the hotel, we had to pay for two other people, which was more than US$900. The cost of adding a bed to the original room is more expensive than opening a separate room. I don’t know what the meaning of a suite is.
