The location is more suitable for driving to, much like being in a forest resort. Although the rooms show signs of age, the space is very spacious and comfortable. While it's a bit inconvenient to walk a distance to reach the hot springs within the resort, it can still be considered a pleasant stroll.

An old resort, room was alright. But it's a bit noise. Heaters works great to keep the room warm. No coffee served as room amenities. Mt fuji can be seen from the breakfast area

Fuji premium was overall a great stay, the location is a bit out there away from everything else. Hotel includes many activities though such as a pool, arcade, tennis, and a shop. The dinner and breakfast buffets are amazing and highly recommend. There is also, provided transportation to and from the main bus station.

お部屋が広くて快適でした。ベッドルーム２つにバスルーム、トイレも２つありますので、３人で宿泊しても洗面所の利用が便利。温泉もありますが、敷地が広いので、今回宿泊した棟からは徒歩6分。しかし、送迎車がありました。
夕飯のバイキングは、ローストビーフが美味しかったです。

温泉施設までかなり歩くので冬は湯冷めしてしまいます。宿泊代に入ってないから別料金だし、スパ施設なのですが狭くて狭くて皆使いづらそうでした。
広大な敷地があるのにおかしな狭さです。お風呂も小さい。
ホテルはかなり古いですが、従業員の方が一生懸命働いてました。ビュッフェもあまり美味しくないけど、従業員の方々一生懸命なので評価下げたくないです。

河口湖から少し奥まったところにあるリゾートホテルでした。館内は清潔感があるも、ロビーは飲食禁止、お部屋の飲料水の提供もなし
ホテルの近くにコンビニ等がないので、少し車で移動するとスーパーマーケットとセブンがありました。
ロビーは基本日本語、英語、中国語の対応が可能でした。
