這是一個由當地的一家人運營的老式民宿型旅館。位置相對河口湖鎮中心有點距離，但有公交車可到，還算方便。旅館本身離河口湖大橋和周圍幾個餐廳，咖啡廳，超市都近，生活機能很方便。旅館出去就能看到富士山，大讚！運營這個旅館的一家人不太會英語，但足夠熱情。房間是老式的日式房間所以隔音會差點，房間內和酒店內的設施也比較簡陋，但該有的基礎硬件還是有的，而且很乾凈！
