Great experience! Very friendly staff. Great villa with perfect view of the Fuji mount. Comfortable and clean rooms equipped with projector. Hot auto bathtubs on both floors. Will definitely return.

非常滿意！！首先前台很熱情，幫我check in的是高橋takahashi小姐，とでも親切です！房間很大，很乾凈，而且特別新，該有的設施也都有！唯一讓人有點累的就是酒店實在太高了，回房間的路上那個坡巨累！！其他的都十分完美，早上起來就看到富士山，心情太好了

Beautiful location in Fujikawaguchiko. Excellent location and not a difficult walk from the station. If you have a lot of bags, I recommend either rent a car or take a taxi. The villa was spotless and stocked with amenities, and we appreciated the little details like welcome treats, cozy robes, bath salts, and amenity kit.
Service was incredibly friendly and speedy. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the station that runs until 10am, and then also station service until the evening (however we did not use this as we enjoyed the walking).
Looking forward to staying here again!! Would like to bring friends next time so we can take advantage of the size of the villas.

The balcony room is spacious. Bedrooms are on the 1srt floor but the bathrooms and living room are on the 2nd floor. The rooms are clean and tidy. Recommend for group of friends or family

This is a wonderful place with a great view over Fudziyama. The hotel is very cosy and rooms are perfectly clean. The stuff is attentive and helpful. Our daughter is allergic to some food products so the chef was so kind to modify some dishes in order to eliminate the allergic products.
We had a great time staying here! Hope to come here once again!

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful design, super clean room, amazing Fuji view, and very peaceful. Staff were friendly and everything felt effortless. Perfect spot to relax — would definitely come back.
