Front officer should have knowledge of English.
( we are complaining of exhaust fan at the bathroom which is not working ; until we are checking out  , no action ).

予約番号がわからなかったが、従業員の方か親切に対応してくれた。部屋の壁は薄いのか、隣部屋の音が夜中は気になった。

I didn't know the reservation number, but the staff was kind enough to help me. The walls in the rooms are thin, so I was bothered by the noise from the next room at night.

安価なビジネスホテルの定番ですが、 枕元でルームライトの調光ばかりかオンオフが出来ない、枕元にコンセントがなく充電に不便、チェックイン機が一個しかなく待ちが長い、壁が薄い、 など不満がある点が散見されました。 東横インの中でもちょっと使いづらさが目立つ印象です。

The hotel is very clean and the service is very attentive. It is very convenient at the side of Fujieda Station. It is very convenient to take a tram or Shinkansen to other cities in a few steps. I am very satisfied, although the room is a bit small, the rooms in the Japanese hotel chain are like this. Small, but the facilities are very complete, electrical quality and environmental services are good, very clean, recommended to stay!

I came to travel alone and lived for 7 days. Have a breakfast, not bad. The room is small but everything is complete. If you come next time, you should also consider staying here. The main transportation is convenient, whether it is to the airport or where. There are also many eating around.

I booked it separately for three days, but I couldn't live with the front desk. I had to refund, check in, check out, check in every day! Check-in time after 16:00 is also drunk
