Everything is very good , perfect position, friendly staff but sometimes they don’t understand English

Totally love the location, very near to Fuji station. Good clean and spacious room. But one thing, need to walk a little bit to find food or convenience store , as it was located on the other side area. Overall nice hotel for short trip.

Room 513, weekend rate. Room noticeably better furnished and maintained than those you get during the week. Still, limescale on the tapware and dusty window frame. Just a little more clean effort and these can be easily addressed. Inconsiderate international tourists can be a nuisance for your sleep.

The hotel is very good, close to the subway station, just outside the door. When I got up, I was surprised to see Mount Fuji when I opened the window. The facilities and equipment are also good. The key is that the price-performance ratio is high. Highly recommended!

The location is good, just 50 meters walk from the station exit, the hygiene level is average, the room size is normal, there are no convenience stores and places to eat around, but the service is indeed questionable. It is okay to check out before 10 o'clock, which is common in Japan, but the luggage storage after check-out is only allowed until 12 noon, so what is the point of this luggage storage? I asked if I could pick it up around 5 pm, and the front desk used a translation machine to say that there were guests checking in later so it was not possible, and suggested to store it at the station, but Fuji Station is a small station, and the lockers cannot fit even a 24-inch suitcase, which caused a whole day's trip to be delayed and had to change. I have stayed in so many hotels in Japan, and this is the first time I have seen such a hotel that does not allow luggage storage. I am speechless.

Great value accommodation! I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but I think it's a great deal for this price. The accommodation itself is clean, but there are some dust and dirt in every corner. The view of the JR station was also unexpectedly romantic and nice. The soundproofing is not good, so you can hear everything from the room next door to the sound of water running in the bathroom.
