A great resort in a good location. A wonderful breakfast. Nothing to complain about at all.

Everything was good except there is no signal. It was difficult to use my phone for calling in level 23

Very good service at this hotel but the price spike sometimes is unacceptable and makes me wanna switch to another hotel but overall good service

The hotel itself is located near the highway, the view from our room was of the mountains, very beautiful. The hotel is connected to a store where you can buy ready-made food, salads, meat, fish from different cuisines of the world))) a huge variety of cuts from fruits, vegetables, etc. We had a superior category room, large, with a panoramic window, absolutely everything for comfort, we had separate beds, very comfortable.

The service at this hotel is really good and super friendly. I ca n’t speak English with my husband and talk on my phone all the time, but the service staff are patient to help solve the problem. The room is very clean.

Everything is good. Check-in was smooth and convenient. Mainly, I can experience a style that is different from that in China. I am quite happy. The service staff is also okay.

Despite the fact that the hotel is not new, everything is in excellent condition, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast. Recommend

It was a nice and we enjoy a lot Ms. Chelsea from reception was very friendly and accomodating staff. All in all it was pleasent hassle free stay. Definitely we will be back.
