I had an amazing stay at this hotel! One of the best parts was the incredible view—waking up to stunning scenery every morning was such a treat. Whether it was the city skyline, ocean, or mountains, the view from my room was truly unforgettable.
The location couldn’t have been better. It was close to everything I needed—restaurants, shops, and key attractions were all just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.
Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and beauty. I would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. At reception, Mr. Ahmed greeted us with such warmth and professionalism — a perfect balance of being customer-oriented without overstepping. He made our check-in experience smooth and pleasant. The concierge, Mr. Maqsood, was outstanding during both arrival and departure. He was not only very helpful but also incredibly friendly with our kids — they loved the little ride on the luggage trolley , which made their day! We also want to thank the room service and breakfast team, who were always friendly and attentive, even though I did not catch all their names. Their smiles and attitude made mornings brighter. A special mention to Mr. Dhiraj, the restaurant manager, who was very supportive and kind with the children at breakfast time. On our last day, Mr. Khan at reception was extremely helpful and arranged a late checkout. This small gesture gave us the chance to pack, let the kids rest, and leave refreshed for our journey back to Abu Dhabi. Overall, it was not only the hotel facilities but above all the people working here who made our stay memorable. A big thank you to the whole team — we felt cared for in every detail. ✨

Bad smell experience, no support at the time you need , old electronics staff, no available parking at all time , dirty outside windows, sewerage smell inside the room, limited time to use spa and sauna

I am staying at Nour Arjaan by Rotana in Fujairah, to perform the ADNOC Project. I experienced that all services at this hotel are great and perfect. Especially this time I would like to praise two employees working at this hotel, who are Miss Eiman and Mr. Ajith. They always greet all customers friendly with a bright smile. That moment made me feel very happy and truly grateful. Thanks a lot.
