酒店在福海來説，比較高檔了，住房內環境挺好的。去兩個景區也很方便。早餐一般，餐廳服務人員態度不好，雞蛋限量。總得來説，很好。

優點：緊鄰主幹道，停車場寬敞，適合自駕出行。外觀大氣高檔。早餐中規中矩。
缺點：服務意識有待提高，剛辦理完入住一進房間，就看被大風吹掉的紗窗，通知前台維修，回覆工作人員已經過來了，可這一等就是十多分鐘，不知是哪級服務人員在敷衍，再次催促終於來人了。想再要一瓶礦泉水，被告知需要收費，和酒店大氣的外觀不大相符。

房間温馨乾淨，大堂很大。床鋪舒適。吹風機很好使。連住兩天，第二天衹補充了飲水和毛巾，房間衞生並沒有打掃。酒店對面大志魚莊的清蒸魚做的太好吃了。停車方便。

當時是按照有早餐，搜尋選擇的酒店，新裝修的，乾淨整潔，還有一些裝修的味道，唯一不喜歡的就是浴室沒有獨立門，水濺到幹區，體驗不好，不利於保温，感覺冷，使用的時候必須把幹區門關上，很不方便
早餐挺好，菜品豐富，還有鹵牛肉

大堂搞的不錯，房間也不錯，就是服務員有些馬虎，我們出去吃飯，讓送拖鞋，回來發現門都沒關虛掩着，我們重要行李都在裏面，這種低級錯誤可能會給我們造成很大風險

酒店房間很大，設施齊全，酒店門口停車方便，免費早餐也不錯。
但是剛到房間就發現馬桶未清潔，便池有污物，跟前台説完就給換房了。還有一個不足是晚上洗澡熱水不夠熱。
