衞生間嚴重返味，衹好整晚開着排風扇睡覺。洗臉池水龍頭水流很小（如圖，最大量），很難用。早餐桌上沒有餐巾紙。前台服務冷淡，兩人入住，衹給一張房卡，而坐電梯需要刷卡，所以一人在房間，另一人外出時就上不了樓，問服務員再要一張房卡，回答説沒有多餘的房卡。而早上每次出門，前台服務員總要在後麪喊：請把房卡留下！大家慎重！
