我是給別人訂的房間，我自己也沒有住過，聽別人説是非常不錯，環境，舒適度，都是非常不錯的，唯一不足就是我付的錢訂的房，發票讓別人給我開走了。

整體設施啥的還可以，前台服務是這次出來十幾個酒店裡麪最差的。
到了前台出示身份證，前台查了系統告知沒有預訂記錄。我打開攜程上面的訂單給她看，卻告知我們不接受攜程以及其他網上平台的預訂！我真是震驚了，不接受你為啥還讓攜程賣你的房間？？
我耐住性子和她講你們不接受攜程預訂就不應該在上面賣，現在我已經交錢預訂了，你們酒店也給出訂單確認通知了，就代表契約合同成立有效。
對方和另一個服務員嘰嘰咕咕半天，又給經理打電話，最後在電腦裏面查到了我的預訂記錄，解釋説是剛才沒找到。這時候我已經在前台站了接近四十分鐘了。給了房卡，沒有一句不好意思或者其他類似的道歉。
