酒店位於府谷縣金信廣場附近，交通便利，地理位置優越，價格實惠，設施齊全，服務周到，前台工作人員熱情大方。

酒店門前有不到十個停車位，但比較緊張。往前開還有一個可以停車的地方，出去的時候需要管酒店前台要一個二維碼，可免停車費，但是對於行李比較多的就不是很方便。前台服務很好。小瓶水為收費的，有飲水機可以接水。廁所的水池水龍頭開水時要注意，角度問題，開稍微大點就會往外濺。而且水池子兩間房的下水都不太通暢。早餐主食有饅頭花捲南瓜，建議饅頭什麼的可以弄小一點，太大了，吃不完。還有不少種菜，稀的是粥。每人一個雞蛋

酒店地理位置非常一般，房間裝修很老舊沒有碰上節假日，平時價格實惠，出差或旅遊住宿很合適，周邊吃飯根貴，沒有沙縣小吃。

服務：服務態度實在被動，尤其是停車不方便，酒店門口能停幾輛車，要到附近市場停車，走一段路拿着行李很累。出停車場很麻煩，酒店工作人員不會操作讓掃碼到停車場再掃一次市場二維碼 ，結果不抬桿操作幾次不成功 打老闆電話她在家裡，沒有人幫助操作，最後找到市場值班員才放行出了停車場 ，半個小時出車實在不方便，後悔選錯住宿酒店了。

金利源酒店是我住過最差的住宿，前台接待態度惡劣，過道、房間一股黴臭的飯菜味，最基本的吹風機都沒有，從來沒給過差評，廁所門，浴室龍頭都是銹跡斑斑的，給人的感覺很噁心。早點看到點評就好了。
