Excellent service!! Above and beyond to get everyone satisfied. With children it’s sometimes hard to keep everything top notch but that is exactly what Mia Alpina does. From the facilities to the service through the food, everything was exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at Mia Alpina. All the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Thank you to the kids club for caring for our children and taking them skiing for the first time. The food and drinks in the restaurant and bar area were superb - so much choice! As a parent we felt at ease as soon as we landed in Innsbruck. The transfer was quick and easy too. We have many good memories and hope to be back next year.

Mia Alpina is a wonderful, family friendly hotel. We are a family from peru, and we traveled a long way to this hotel. It was so worth it, we wanted to stay longer1 The whole experience from the initial bookings, to Dimitris coordinating with us a late arrival and having a cold platter with wonderful cheeses, breads, hams and other amenities in our room once we arrived. The staff is so friendly, from housekeeping, front desk, recpetion, the restaurant staff, the staff that helps take care of the children and plan their days. Everyday there was a different dish for lunch and dinner, prepared as you like, and huge variety on the buffet. We have been to some all inclusives in the carribean, but we really dont like them because the food is not that good. But MIA APLPINA has gone above an beyond in the food preparation and serving. Both our kids 7 and 3, werein there respective ski schools, everything was on time, very effective and our kids (not native german speakers, but trying to learn) adapted quickly. Every one had a smile, and everyone was happy that we encountered. The facilities are absolutely amazing, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, Sauna in the kids area so that you can relax, and then just adult spa areas. The beds, and the rooms were absolutely comfortable. We brought a stroller, but you dont need to! There are plenty of strollers on sight so that you can use if you need! We definitly want to go back, and we have been telling all our friends about the amaxing experience and hotel that it is.

Mia Alpina is the perfect destination for families. Our kids loved the pool, playground, animals and kids club. The restaurant and food options for all ages are excellent and the rooftop spa for parents to relax in the evening is fantastic. All staff are friendly and extremely helpful and patient with kids running around. We loved it and will be back again

Excellent staff and friendly people all around the hotel Our son who has a life threatening nut and peanut allergy can enjoy his holiday without having to worry about anything. Excellent food , wellness, game room, pool.... See you next year :-)
