After a diverted flight (due to fog at Innsbruck) we had to endure a 6 hour transfer time. We were tired, hungry and not particularly in the best frame of mind. We eventually arrived at Kosis around 10pm. Obviously the restaurant had closed it we were starving. Upon hearing this the OWNER of the hotel sat us in the Stuber lounge and went to see if the kitchen could help out. Within minutes were were inundated with an array of superb dishes including meats / vegetables / soup / carbs / as a lovely sweet too. What started as a negative experience (ie our long frustrating journey) was turned around by some of the best teamwork and hospitality I have EVER experienced. But that was not all - the accommodation was simply exquisite too. Along with the hotels superb facilities (spa/boot room/ bars and restaurant) we had the most wonderful stay. I would 100% recommend Kosis to anyone wishing to stay. Thanks to T and the white team. To coin the words of another famous Austrian “I’ll be back” !!

After an unplanned diversion due to ground conditions in Innsbruck we were 7 hours late arriving to the hotel. Dinner had finished, the restaurant was closing. We were both very hungry and tired. Our host Tommy opened up the kitchen especially for us and brought out an amazing selection of meats / vegetables and other delights. It could not have been a better start to a wonderful stay. The staff could not have been better. Everything from the quality of the room to the breakfast to the wellness is all top notch. Will definitely be returning.

Second year in a row we stayed at this hotel. We loved the hotel. From start till end. The rooms are great, the food is well prepared and lots of choices and the staff is very friendly and nice. We loved our stay at KOSIS. We will certainly be back.

We stayed here a weeks skiing and the ski bus stop was right outside so ideal. The staff very friendly, the rooms generous sized ,modern wood underfloor heated, modern bathroom’s good Wi-Fi throughout comfy beds. The food was plentiful and very good. The spa is modern and very restorative so all in all great friendly hotel, parking and EV charging

es hat alles gepasst, von der Ankunft über den gesamten Aufenthalt bis zur Abreise. Die Mitarbeiter zuvorkommend, freundlich und um den Gast ehrlich bemüht. Frühstück und 4 gängiges Abendessen hat jeden Tag geschmeckt. Auch die Weinauswahl ist zufriedenstellend. Nächster Aufenthalt ist bereits wieder in Planung.

Net hotel. Erg modern en je mist eigenlijk de gezellige Oostenrijkse sfeer. Kamers zeer netjes. Verteer wordt dagelijks op de rekening gezet. Bij ons niet juist gedaan. In plaats van direct oplossen (fout was duidelijk) moest eerst toestemming gevraagd worden om eea te corrigeren. Ook op een rekening die tussendoor contant is betaald is, bleek meerdere niet genoten consumpties te bevatten. Meer dan € 16 te hoog, een tegoedbon ontvangen van € 10. Opladen elektrische auto vooral hier niet doen. Medewerkers weten niets van de tarieven en deze zijn schrikbarend. Personeel roept alleen maar dat het de schuld is van eigenaar laadpaal terwijl wordt gesuggereerd dat het een laadpaal van Kosis is.

Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub in einem der besten Hotels die wir je besucht haben. Wir wurden mega nett empfangen und uns wurde ohne Hektik und Stress alles erklärt. Dies zog sich auch durch den kompletten Aufenthalt ob Restaurants/Massage oder Empfang tolle und nette Menschen. Das Hotel ist super ausgestattet Skii/Stiefelraum,gute Fitness Geräte,Massage, Sauna, Aufenthaltsraum und selbst im Foyer lud zum Sitzen und Entspannen ein. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Kleiner Tip; mal die Handtücher und Bettlaken durchtauschen eine hatten Löcher. Nichts wildes und definitiv kein Minuspunkt von uns. Das Frühstücksbuffet war erste Sahne. Es fehlte auch hier an nichts. Zum Abendessen gab es sehr gute und feine Küche in vorm von 3 Gängen. Traumhaft. Lasst bitte alles so wie es ist. Danke für die tolle Zeit.
