One of the most welcoming hotels I have been to. The staff were excellent and the facilities all good. My room was superb with a lovely balcony overlooking the valley run. Breakfast was first class too. I felt very looked after by Marianne and Romana who were the perfect hosts. Thank you

The Hotel was in a great location for access to the Spieljoch gondola only 100metres away. It had great facilities which included 2 x swimming pools (Adults, & Kids)Spa and wellness centre which were very modern and well looked after. The food was exceptional, we were on Half Board which also included afternoon Tea & snacks. The bar area was really comfortable and had a good vibe to it The staff were vey friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There was a large ski and boot storage room. The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the Fugen Train Station in their own shuttle bus, another added bonus. To sum up a really pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to return.

We stayed one night in this hotel, nice decoration, nice swimming pool, SPA ok The service at reception was great however in the restaurent was just very poor not professional at all very bad service the food was ok

The hotel doesn’t surprise you on first sight. But when are you in you see that every single part is perfectly clean. What is the absolute winner is quality of service of all people. They make you feel you matter a lot. On the top of it - the owner is available everywhere and every time - making personally the best for you, every request is taken in consideration and moreover she has always something extra to offer.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichen Personal. Super Essen und ein sehr gutes Wellness Wochenende. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alle Behandlungen waren super. Das Kaiserbad können wir als Paar wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Nicht zufrieden mit dem Zimmerservice, die Suite ist zur Hauptstraße also sehr laut, kein warmes Wasser im Honig Milch Bad und Massage kann man vergessen. Essen ist gut, mit Problemen dort umzugehen ist schwierig. Also ich werde nicht mehr kommen

Ich durfte drei Nächte im 4* Hotel Schiestl in Fügenberg verbringen und habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Checkin verlief sehr unkompliziert und herzlich und nach wenigen Minuten konnte ich mein großes Doppelzimmer ( Nr. 327 ) beziehen. Dieses befand sich im dritten Stock und war riesig, incl. West Balkon mit schönem Ausblick! Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig und durchdacht. Separates WC und ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank sind kein Standard, aber ein toller Mehrwert! Das Internet war am Balkon leider ein bischen instabil, ansonsten aber in Ordnung! Der SPA / Saunabereich, samt Innenpool befanden sich im Untergeschoss und waren ebenfalls auf dem neuesten Stand. Für 4* ganz gut! Ich empfand nach den Saunagängen den Ruheraum als eine Wohltat. Insgesamt sehr gelungen und der schön angelegte Außenpool rundete das Ganze ab. Der für mich wichtige sehr gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum befand sich im ersten Stock. Bedauerlicherweise war dieser erst ab 08.00 Uhr geöffnet. Naja, so ginge ich draußen laufen. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Essen. Vom Frühstück ( ab 7.00 Uhr), der Nachmittagssause ( habe ich nicht genutzt ) bis hin zum Abendessen ( ab 18.00 Uhr ) waren alle Speisen herausragend und entsprechend präsentiert! Das Meiste beim Abendessen holt man sich am Buffet und der Hauptgang wurde serviert. Man muss nur aufpassen, dass man nicht ständig zu viel isst! Zum Personal kann ich ebenfalls nur Positives berichten. Eine immer präsente, herzliche Aufmerksamkeit, welche zum Wohlbefinden ein gutes Stück beiträgt. Wer das Zillertal besucht liegt mit dem Hotel nicht daneben. Dieses liegt sehr günstig zum Lift, verfügt über ausreichend Parkplätze und ist modern ausgestattet. Für ein 4* Hotel wirklich sehr gut! Den Unterschied zu 4s merkt man natürlich, ist aber nicht entscheidend.

Wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren regelmäßig im Winter zum Skifahren. Der Standard ist konstant auf hohem Niveau und das Personal sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Unsere Kinder (mittlerweile 5 und 8) lieben das Familienschwimmbad und die Kinderanimationen. Schön ist, das das Kinderspielzimmer leicht vom Speisesaal eingesehen werden kann. Somit können die Eltern auch mal in Ruhe das Essen genießen während die lieben kleinen selbstständig spielen und Kontakt zu anderen Kindern knüpfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
