客觀評價：一、設施方面。空間正常大小，政務招待風；地毯確實臟，其他衞生還行；拖鞋質量挺好；座機沒連電，沒法聯繫前台，衹能通過攜程；空調衹製冷，沒法制熱，還沒供暖，幸好保潔阿姨（大眼睛那個，人美心善）送了暖風機，不然凍死；衞生間洗手枱漏水，地漏返臭，排氣扇開了反而把隔壁房間的煙味吸過來，洗澡水不太熱，幸好水量大，不然凍死。 二、服務方面。工作人員魚龍混雜。保潔阿姨都很熱心，點贊。幫我辦入住的前台態度正常。晚上值班前台態度很差，打電話説空調不制熱，她回總機沒開，等下派人去開，過了半小時，又打過去，很不耐煩説主機壞了，在找人修，反正一整晚都沒修好，我都懷疑她壓根沒去找人開主機，給老闆省錢呢，不知道其他顧客是抗凍還是沒座機聯繫前台，要是集體反映，肯定能解決問題。催我退房的一個前台，態度又很好：您慢慢來……
走的時候保潔阿姨説15號供暖，有地暖就不冷了，但願吧

這個酒店真的性價比很高。首先地理位置不錯，酒店旁邊就有各種小吃街，煙火味很濃，距離扶風汽車站也很近，距離法門寺也不遠，出門就有網約車。衞生狀況也很好，床鋪比較乾淨，感覺是準四星的標準，前台也比較耐心，強烈推薦這家賓館。

接上一條評價，這家酒店是躺平了，完全不顧客户意見，熱水還是不熱，洗個澡凍**，之前那保潔阿姨説有地暖，結果這回另一個阿姨説壓根沒地暖，然後能開空調是因為有個什麼活動人住滿了。就很離譜，北方還居然有沒暖氣的建築。還有，這次這幾個前台態度都很差，特別是個子高的臉胖的那個，跟她説話她看着電腦不抬頭看人，離譜，反正以後再也不會來了，這種完全不看評價的酒店，就自生自滅吧

房間裏面挺好的，設施比較不錯的。位置也很好找，一看就知道是扶風縣裡麪比較好的酒店。它離縣中心不遠，離法門寺也不遠，停車場停車方便。

酒店位置好，臨近政府政務服務中心，免費停車，周邊餐飲購物很方便；房間較大，設施齊全，1.3雙床，舒適乾淨衞生，服務周到

房間90年代裝修格調。早上3點蚊叫醒，服務員説無滅蚊設備。房間無電話，無客房服務員。
