房間衞生不好，馬桶蓋是壞的，床也不乾淨，孩子睡完身上起疙瘩，帶孩子入住，想多要一雙拖鞋，還要收費，説要安靜的房間，給安排到電梯口，對面是服務員布草間，在門口放音樂非常大聲，影響休息，這是我在攜程住過的最差的一家酒店！
唯一的好處是停車場位置夠大，不收費。

早飯豐盛，雖然是淡季但是酒店的標準還是很高的，早飯有涼菜熱菜和麪試檔口，有扶風特色麪，蠻不錯有機會還會在入住

整體感受還是不錯的，交通便利，距離高速路口很近，周邊很安靜，視野遼闊。前台服務和早餐都不錯，是出差的首選

體驗極差，最主要服務人員態度差，吃早餐時候，下樓忘記帶早餐券，拿着房卡説吃完再回房間取一下，可是餐飲部和前台互相推，説他們各個部門有規定不行不行的，是覺得我白吃嗎？還有前台諮詢弄什麼，不就是等就是你自己掃碼什麼的，那為啥不改成自助前台了。還有早餐明明7點半到9點，8點半吃飯去，基本啥都沒了，而且人不少，還不補東西。另外，衞生真不怎麼樣，桌子上死蒼蠅一直沒人收拾。設備也不行，房間電話給前台打電話打不了，用自己手機就可以打通
