Traveling on the weekend, the overall feeling is average. I booked a duplex for parents and children. The room is on the top floor. The air conditioner is always broken. , the largest feature pool is not open for maintenance. There aren’t many breakfast options, so it’s better to go to Taibai.

Poor service, poor hygiene, the room smells, the price is seriously inconsistent with the service, the sanitation next to the hot spring is not done, the towels are dirty I can't find the photo of the dirty towels.

A very unsatisfactory experience! First, I made a reservation very early. When I arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock that day, I was informed that the room had not been packed out yet. The lobby was full of guests waiting for the room! My family was very anxious and kept waiting at the front desk to finally stay at the hotel that my friend and I booked together. We arrived at 6pm and checked in at 10pm! The efficiency of a five-star hotel is really speechless! Second, we put our luggage away and went to eat. When we came back, we found that there was a power outage in a street near the hotel. The hotel elevator and all the guest rooms were without power, so we couldn't go upstairs to the room. The room card couldn't open the door without power! Keep sitting in the lobby! An hour later, still no call! Thirdly, it was also very helpless. Fortunately, all our luggage for hot spring bathing were in the car. After sitting for an hour, we found that there was no hope of calling and had to bath in the hot spring. The changing area of ​​the hot spring was very warm and the pools were outside! Some pools can burn people to death, and some are almost as hot as body temperature! The water quality was not good either, so I went to take a shower after soaking for a while! There are not many people in the bathing area, but it is full of dirt and mess! The most disgusting thing is that the bath water is actually ice. It is said that there is no electricity and there is no way to boil the water. Oh my god! Is this a five-star hotel? I couldn't wash it out and came out. I tried to find some clothes to wear, but the power was out and I couldn't wash them out, so I couldn't provide them! Then wipe it dry and get out of the way! When I was drying my hair, I saw many staff members sitting there chatting and complaining about the lack of quality of the customers. It was really annoying to ask this and that! I wonder again if this is a five-star hotel! When I was checking out at the hot spring, I told the front desk that the water was very cold. The staff looked numb and didn't have any words of comfort. It seemed like she was the one who took the cold bath just now! Fourth, when checking out, I reported the bad experience to the front desk and asked if there was any compensation! The staff just said two words: No, still no words of comfort! After I came back, I found that the house price has now increased to 1,000 yuan. With such services and facilities, I have the nerve to charge 1,000 yuan! I don’t know how to improve, I just know how to increase the price! Not as good as a hotel with more than 200 people! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

We were on a self-driving trip from Beijing. After staying in Tang Town, Taibai Mountain, Baoji, our children still wanted to play in the water. This hotel was recommended by us, so we went to the hot springs after we checked in. Many hot spring pools were not open, and the swimming pools were not open. It won’t open because there are too few people. The hotel buffet for the evening was on sale online, and we also purchased it. When we went there, we were told that it was only available on Friday and Saturday, so why are you selling it? I just stayed for one day and checked out the next day. Summary: If you want to be a good local hotel, you must be worthy of your customers and don't fool them. There are basically no people visiting this hotel. Compared with the hotel experience in Taibai Mountain Tangzhen, it is simply two levels. If you want to go to Taibai Mountain or Famen Temple, I recommend going to Tangzhen.

I had to rush to eat breakfast. It was too slow to fill up. There were so many people and it was late and there was nothing. Bad review! Check-in waiting time is too long. Bad review! The rooms and hot spring facilities are okay, but the service really can't keep up.

整體不錯，入住時候遇到點麻煩，節假日房間很久都清理不出來，好在溝通後順利解決，温泉比起西安的要略遜色，但工作人員很耐心，泡泡浴深受孩子們喜歡，缺點是座位比較少，建議多增加點躺椅，以後有空再帶娃來打卡吧。

走錯前台，遇到負責温泉房間的馬小姐，服務很好，謝謝。自助早餐特色小吃不少。 去時正好酒店在承辦事業單位的大型黨務培訓，房間很緊張，中餐廳的晚餐所有位子都被包場了。所以，晚餐就在街旁蘭州拉麪館吃了碗麪。

朋友強力推薦這家温泉酒店，這次就帶着家人一起來感受，整體感受都很不錯，服務態度很好，見到顧客笑臉相迎，湯泉舒適，房間寬敞，居住舒適、安靜。晚餐就在酒店一樓吃的，超乎想象的好吃，以後還會來這裏的。

酒店設施齊全，算是陝西片區性價比最高的親子酒店了，房間的私湯池專門消毒，酒店游泳池水質很好，很多衞生細節也做得非常到位；酒店餐廳物美價廉，可以從早餐吃到夜宵，溜娃也是非常輕鬆；服務當然也是非常好啦，倩文小姐姐非常熱情，給了我們很多驚喜。
