Impossible to be three star, tiny room, no drinking glass, only a hand towel, seriously in need of refurbishment. Food standard equally poor, staff helpful but under significant pressure. There were three of us staying in three seperate rooms, each of us felt the same, or even worse. A phone booking had been made some twelve days previously of which no record had been maintained. The main resteranunt was closed and the area around the bar where we had our dinner was cold and draughty

Your morning shift worker, Jorge, is rude and disrespectful to people. For just ordering a simple coffee with milk, I think it's very harsh that he calls me an *****. The truth is, I'm writing this here so that these cases don't happen again and the boss or manager of the ALBENZAIRE grill hotel will teach him a lesson because what a way to treat people.

We ate from the menu and everything was spectacular. The charcoal-grilled chicken was very good and served in large quantities. The salad and the salmorejo were also very good. Accompanied by exquisite poor potatoes. 100% recommended. The service was also very good and fast. A must stop for lunch or dinner, a very cozy place.

Hello everyone, we have eaten at the restaurant several times but the last time was terrible, the food arrived cold after almost 1 hour, the lamb chops were bad because they were surely sheep, not lamb, it had a strong smell of sheep, the potatoes were cold and the chicken was good but still cold and the potatoes were cold.
