Cold and un-Spanish food, very hard pillows, lots of noise, a noisy nightclub, and the smell of cigarettes. You feel unsafe in the area and inside the hotel. Shady people wandering around everywhere. If you're looking for a good night's sleep with company and you pay for it, this is your hotel. If you're just relaxing after a business trip, don't even think about staying here. The hotel reception was particularly kind when they refused to charge for a night's stay because the guest wanted to leave because they didn't feel safe. The hotel also mentions in another review that all hotels post signs that say smoking is prohibited...they actually announce the prohibition of drug use...unheard of in a 4-star hotel.

We only stayed two nights (thank God). We had a terrible time. Starting from the very uncomfortable location. But the worst thing was the cleaning, terrible, unacceptable, dust everywhere, dirty sheets and towels. A real disaster. Upon our arrival we had warned that after two days we would be leaving very early in the morning and if I could do us the favor of waking us up by phone and if we could call ourselves a taxi. Too bad we didn't do either of these things. Breakfast was included but we weren't told that we had to tell them the night before if we wanted to have breakfast, so we couldn't take advantage of it. On the other hand we had dinner in the hotel for 20 euros and they brought us almost inedible things. The staff was totally unsuitable and useless. Thanks and never again.

Tuve una experiencia increible en este hotel. Cafeteria 24 hs con precios economicos. A partir de ciertas horas cierra la cocina pero tienes opcion de pedir bocadillos, raciones y hamburguesas. Atencion de las camareras excelente! El personal fue muy atento,la habitacion estaba limpia e impecable y el restaurante muy bonito. Definitivamente volvere!
