Hotel is dated, only positive is that the rooms were cleaned everyday! Reception staff I found some of them to be ignorant, rude and didn’t even speak basic English, so quick to dismiss us or just stared at us blankly. Food quality is poor, we paid for half board and not very much food choice at all. Food was always cold and honestly not worth eating. Pool area is ok, no music or anything and if you have kids don’t bring them here there’s nothing for them to do. There’s a lot of old people that come here so if you’re young you’re better of staying further In to the town. I will attach a picture of the pork I was served and now am poorly coming back home to the UK as it was served raw. Again when I complained about the food, was told she didn’t speak English so again nothing was done. Fuengirola is a lovely place, with a nice beach and bars, good food most places. It’s a great shame that this hotel is as bad as it is. Save your money and pay a little more for something nicer.

Had a lovely holiday with my little girl and my parents. Lovely hotel. A bit dated but not an issue for me. Wasn’t able to book All inclusive when booking holiday but was told I could upgrade once there for around 150 euros per room. On arrival tried to upgrade to AI for my room with my Daughter as my parents didn’t like the food but were happy to go out for lunch and they don’t drink either so it wasn’t worth them upgrading. Told I couldn’t upgrade just for my room as I might get alcohol and share it with my 76 year old parents that don’t drink. Also my Child wouldn’t be drinking alcohol either. They wanted 356 euros for my room and the same for my parents. Over £600 to have lunch ( and alcohol for me) Obviously we didn’t upgrade. We couldn’t however get any food whatsoever in between breakfast and dinner at 7pm. They had a snack bar that was really good and served amazing food but we weren’t allowed to pay to purchase it, it was just for AI. So disappointing cos it really had an impact on our holiday. The other massive let down was the attitude of the restaurant manager. He let down all of the other staff in the hotel. All the other staff were lovely, friendly and happy to help but he was false, aggressive and a bully. He not only made us feel really awful he even tried to bully the staff. He clearly had an issue with me, my 13 year old daughter and my 76 year old parents. My daughter went to the toilet and he refused her entry back into the restaurant cos she didn’t have a wrist band. We were given 1 wrist band per room. He had seen us several times for several days. He knew she was with us. He chose to bully a child. When I went to speak to him about it he hid in a cupboard. So I got another member of staff to get him out. He just said I didn’t recognise her. We went to the pool bar the next day and the lady said sorry I can’t serve you if you haven’t got a wristband. We explained we only given one per room and she said yes I know it’s just my boss has just insisted this rule. We asked her if it was the manager from the restaurant with the moustache and she said yes and smirked ( and served us anyway) He isn’t only upsetting guests at the hotel, the staff haven’t got a high opinion of him either. I did try to rectify this with him but he didn’t want to know. Although I always read reviews etc before booking holidays I never leave them unless they are positive but felt I had to voice my opinion! Lovely hotel, very dated. Lovely staff. His attitude could change people’s opinion though.

Had a 5 day stay and would not go back Room was clean, shower powerful, tho bath very slippy. Bed comfy but pillows were not.( bolsters, not pillows) No kettle, hairdrier .or fridge!!. €25 Euros to use the safe €20 to buy a beach towel.. you cant hire one! Breakfast was plentiful and varied but all hot food is luke warm and this was the same with the lunch and dinner !! Most of the food was just repeated at each course but changed slightly, few extra ingredients flung in and then renamed! Very poor and unappetising. Salads were quite nice tho.Orange annd apple juice watered down. Alcoholic drinks very limited and the wine is on tap served in a tumbler!Some of the staff I felt were rude and curt especially the young girl in the pool bar. Wont be back!!!

Two delightful weeks spent at the hotel. From the first greeting by the extremely helpful receptionist to our departure day all the staff were outstanding. The room was large with a very comfortable bed, lovely sea and pool view from our balcony and good bathroom. The hotel is spotless with rooms cleaned daily and towels changed daily as required. Food was plentiful with good variety. Bus service outside the hotel, Torreblanca train station about 10 minutes walk and gate from garden area directly onto the promenade. Plenty of restaurants, shops and bars within short walking distance. Excellent hotel, we will be returning.

Beautiful views beds comfortable very clean grounds very nice. food terrible rooms very dated no fridge hairdryer not even anywhere on balcony to dry clothes pool is old ad dated. Went for 10 days ate at hotel twice would not recommend not even for the beautiful views.

I booked this hotel for myself and friends after all the positive reviews. After some negative reviews recently I thought I should post. I’m not sure why there are posts saying rooms are dated/from the 70’s. Yes some of the furniture is old, but I found the beds really comfortable and had a flat screen tv. Regarding tv channels, there are loads! For several nationalities! I didn’t spend much time watching tv on hols! But you can get BBC 1,2 and 4, ITV 1 and 2, channel 4 and 5! Breakfast was good, but as always for some reason the toaster was set at such a low heat you’d have to put it through 2-3 times! I would agree that dinner was repetitive. And if you were a fussy eater you’d struggle! It was basically chicken, fish, veal and pork done different ways each night. However the quality of the food was always good. Location of hotel is at the quieter end of feingirola. There is a train/tram stop about half a mile away, and a bus stop right outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel! From speaking to a few other guests they were return customers who had been coming for several years.

This hotel is very dated and not comfortable at all . The rooms are of the lowest standard of quality but the beds are comfortable. The shower is very powerful which wasn’t to my taste. Reception is very small and the staff are not welcoming at all. There is no fridge or kettle in the room . The hotel needs a lot of updating, how tui is even selling holidays at this hotel is a mystery. The food and drinks are disgusting, honestly food is gross and not edible. The alcoholic drinks are weak and cheaply made. Staff are miserable . I arrived thinking that I was going to have a week away to rest . I couldn’t wait to come home and escape this place. I need a holiday to get over this one and I will never go back there again and I will tell my friends to steer clear of this hotel too.

So we paid for half board to be then told at dinner one night we was only allowed water with out tea so they charged us for 2 cokes then also we had to pay for the safe if we wanted to use it and also pay the a kettle in our room. This was not stated until we got there but over all nice place
