Hotel is dated, only positive is that the rooms were cleaned everyday! Reception staff I found some of them to be ignorant, rude and didn’t even speak basic English, so quick to dismiss us or just stared at us blankly. Food quality is poor, we paid for half board and not very much food choice at all. Food was always cold and honestly not worth eating. Pool area is ok, no music or anything and if you have kids don’t bring them here there’s nothing for them to do. There’s a lot of old people that come here so if you’re young you’re better of staying further In to the town. I will attach a picture of the pork I was served and now am poorly coming back home to the UK as it was served raw. Again when I complained about the food, was told she didn’t speak English so again nothing was done. Fuengirola is a lovely place, with a nice beach and bars, good food most places. It’s a great shame that this hotel is as bad as it is. Save your money and pay a little more for something nicer.

Stayed in globales for a week .no tea facilities in the room .no fridge in the room .no British Chanel’s on tv ..a bit dated but clean enough .fresh towels every day which was a plus .we were half board .and only allowed water for your drink at dinner time .not allowed a soft drink .you have to buy it .and they watch you to make sure you’re having water only ..food was always cold .in fact food was awful . Breakfast was better but always cold .but dinners were awful .staff were friendly enough .especially the cleaners ..pool bar girl not so friendly ..so didn’t go back in .no English tea in pool bar ..she was quick to tell us that when we walked in there .!,.and don’t ask for an early breakfast if you’re going on a trip ..soggy bread ..an apple and slice of meat of some kind ..no milk for the tea .theyre a disaster ..nice views from the balcony ..lifts always busy .beds and pillows are comfy enough ..and beds are made daily which was another plus ..I think I would go to an apar**ent next time ….great to be home …!!! 😊

We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our visit. Yes there was no kettle or fridge in our room but it didn't bother us. We were on Dinner Bed & Breakfast Package and the food and service was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The hotel was spotless and the hotel staff were always cleaning the public areas. While our bedroom was a tad dated we had a very comfortable bed and the shower was terrific. We used the pool area which was very well maintained and the pool bar staff were lovely. Located right on the seafront with nice walks in either direction. Taking everything into account we look forward to a return visit.

We started here 2weeks ago and and found it ok good side 1. Rooms were cleaned every day 👍👍 2. Bed was changed mid week 👍👍 3. In general the hotel was kept clean all the way through 👍👍 4.lots of sun beds by the pool or on the grass 👍👍 5. There is a nice 15min walk up the front to the town & market but lots of bitty shops & bars on the way up👍👍 Down side 1. room could do with a bit of a revamp 👎🏻👎🏻 2. Food was a bit of a hit or miss (if ur a fussy eat don’t come here ) breakfast was better then evening meal 👎🏻👎🏻 3. If u are off early on trip or going home DONT ask of early breakfast it is really bad u get 2 slices of bread top 1 hard bottom 1 soggy 1 slices of ham ,1 slices of other ham with olive in , apple, 1butter & jam & 1 small slices of cake it’s rubbish we wasted most of it 🤢👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 4. The Tui rep we have was filling in for someone but u could see she didn’t want to be there not very helpful 👎🏻 4. There can be a lot of noise at night so there is a few groups of boys & girls ( hen & stag parties) on respect of others shame 👎🏻👎🏻 All in all don’t think we will come back as the food is a big let down shame & noses of the stag & hen 😢 as it’s a nice hotel 😢

We had a great stay in Globales Gardenia from 20th to 26th April. Very easy check in and room was lovely with amazing sea views. There is a great entertainments programme daily and nightly. Lola George and Hernàn work at great lengths to keep the masses entertained which isn't an easy job. Aida did a fantastic job running the pool bar daily and that was made difficult by the crosswind making it quite a cold place to be. Bunny was great also. All the staff from bottom to top were very attentive and courteous. The food was the soul reason that this review only got a 4/5 instead of a full 5/5. While there was plenty of it it was hit and miss. Nicest meal we had was the ribs. They were to die for. Chips came out burnt twice and that's some feat to perform. All in all for a 3Star hotel itcan hold itself up there with some of the 4Star places we have stayed. Definitely worth another holiday visit.

The hotel is situated in the quieter end of Fuengirola, but it is easy to walk into the centre along the front or catch the local bus for 1.20 euro. The grounds are lovely with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, which are well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. Bed rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, although the rooms are a bit dated, they all appear to have a sea view. The restaurant has lovely salads and deserts, I did find that the main hot meals were very often cold or congealed where the meat was cooked in a sauce. The coffee machines are only available at breakfast in the restaurant, there is a room that serves snacks at certain times, but the coffee machines were only available at these times.The resident activity staff were very good, plenty going on during the day and their shows in the evening were very entertaining. There are four lifts, one broke down while we were there, although fixed in a couple of days it caused quite a problem for quests on high floors. We enjoyed our week there and it was a welcome break.

We love are staying the staff was so friendly and the entertainment was amazing, especially George Lola hernan my room's very clean. A little bit disappoin**ent with the the food cuz I got ill with it. Sorry to say but I am definitely coming back

Returned from our second trip to Globales Gardenea, this time our daughter and her family joined us half way through our stay. I agree, the rooms are a little dated, but, can honestly say that they are one of the cleanest I have stayed in and that goes for the whole of the hotel. We received a warm welcome on checking in. Our room this time was on the 9th floor, which is a nuisance when at certain times, the lifts are very busy, however, the view of the sea was amazing. The entertainment, whilst not the best, is ok, but we did go out some evenings to a few of the bars on the front. Food is good, especially the omelettes and pancakes at breakfast which are cooked fresh - my granddaughter loved them. The meat and fish can also be cooked fresh if you go to order. I am a vegetarian and always found something to eat. Drinks in the pool bar are good and there is also a snack bar which opens as the restaurant closes. The all inclusive wine however is a little ropey to say the least. The pools were open and very clean, both in and outside and their are plenty of sunbeds - if you like the quiet, there is a sun terrace and also a section of sunbeds set on grass and overlooking the sea. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team do an amazing job too. One slight issue is the fact that there are not many plug sockets in the rooms, oh and also you will need to take a hair dryer. There is plenty of storage space in the rooms and the shower is always hot. Towels are changed regularly. On the whole, this place is a good place for a relaxing holiday and as it's so quiet at night, I sleep really well here- I do get though that younger people might not enjoy this hotel as there is not a lot to do in the evenings as I said the entertainment isn't for everyone, and we did often go out. That said, I would recommend this hotel, it's in a great spot for shops, bars and beach . We have booked to return again in the summer.
