Amazing hotel centre to everything you could ask for rooms were spot on staff where amazing I travel to this hotel alone and the staff couldn't of done anymore to make me feel comfortable. Connor is absolutely amazing at what he does. He is a joy to be around fantastic hotel.

Not sure where to start but very dissatisfied with this hotel. I’m not one to complain, however, we needed to. The food is appalling, never hot, breakfast eggs were cold. The bacon, well I am not sure what it’s made from but it’s disgusting and the sausages are very soft like breadcrumbs no meat. There isn’t much choice at all, never been to a hotel with minimal choices. They had fish every night, with either pork, chicken or veal fillet. Not all just one or the other alternative nights. I chose to have chicken balls and when I cut it open it was completely roar inside! I took it to a waiter who then showed the chef and all he done was shrug his shoulders and left the roar meatballs as they were. The beds are very hard as are the pillows. We did ask at reception for softer pillows and a kettle but they said they didn’t have any. We requested to speak to a manager who did upgrade our room which was nice, that said we had cockroaches nearly everyday! Definitely not a 4* hotel, it does have lots of potential so it’s a shame how run down it is. It’s quite dull but it is very large. We definitely won’t be coming back to this hotel but we do love Fuengirola!

They run a kids club an the kids really enjoyed it the man who runs it Connor just makes u feel at home when ur far from it. All the staff are very friendly helpful and can speak in English rooms was very clean and I really enjoyed my experience. Bingo night was fun with everyone shouting and laughing

Good points: clean room, comfy bed, decent breakfast, good location. Bad points: Looks like HMP Palmeras - dated, does not resemble photo, pool closed, inside bathroom door handle missing resulting in a member of our party wasting two hours' holiday time stuck in there (reported handle to reception but was not fixed during our stay).

Very nice hotel. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, also towels changed daily. Food plentiful with lots of choices. Just prefer it hotter. Spanish people don't like it piping hotel. However they have a microwave for you to heat it up. Drinks choices for evening meal Very limited just water. And 3 type of wine

Given a room on 1st floor, balcony looked over a car park, no sun all day. Room was fine, beds very comfortable had to ask for extra pillows. Breakfast was fine good selection of food staff friendly and efficient. Noise from nightclub below the hotel was unbearable, started at 11pm finished at 4am having asked to change rooms we were told they were fully booked and to buy some earplugs !! Location was excellent close to trains and buses. Would stay again but it would have to be on the top floor.

The hotel is abit dated, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning not working properly, this put a dampener on our holiday as the temperatures were high and the room wasn’t comfortable to be in. We did speak to the receptionist about this and they said it wasn’t working properly and they could give us a fan, they did give us one very quickly but this didn’t really help. The noise from the clubs and pubs were very noisy, but once the doors were shut you couldn’t hear much, which didn’t help the temperature in the room while the AC wasn’t working. The pool was good, always managed to get sun beds, games throughout the day got the kids and the adults, staff around the pool very friendly. Food was good, staff work very hard and are always busy. If the AC wasn’t working properly working I would have not complaints, but this did disappoint our stay. Hopefully will get fixed ASAP

Very noisy at night ,, in need of modernisation, veiw from balcony at night time was drug dealers operating openly in the square all night outside the London bar
