Stayed with family in early November. I took a Japanese style room with 4 people 2 room because goto was able to use it, but it is quite above my usual budget. The room is large and comfortable and you can see Mt. Fuji from the big window. It is a hotel, but the whole building is ok with yukata. The bath is high in the open-air balcony wall and there is no view, but there is no feeling of tire of hot water, and this is comfortable again. It seems to be not a source of water, but the management is well done. Dinner was made to a course of Japanese beef steak. Is the appetizer elegant seasoning, a little salty? I thought, but I found that I had been suppressing the salt reduction in the beginning while eating in the main. Because the family is all older, it is a high evaluation that it is not tired to eat at the main point. You can choose from the menu with rich land patterns and local wine. The Japanese breakfast is also delicious for the inn. Grape juice is still delicious. The souvenir corner is carefully selected. The convenience store is about 3 minutes walk. When the weather is bad, it may be better to leave the road. It is a very good inn that matches the accommodation fee overall. I want to go to dinner next time in China.

Suitable for family travel. There is nothing to turn around. It’s just a matter of staying at the hotel. The garden design is great. Suitable for friends to rest. Stayed for a few days. The hotel is very intimate because we chose Monday. Three rooms were set. As a result, we all upgraded a large room like a parent. The second floor is beautiful! Do not choose a room with its own hot springs. Recommended to go to the big bath. Great outdoor and indoor connection. Old people can also go without wind. Very comfortable. We hope to have dinner together. Specially prepared for a private room. If you have time, I still want to stay here for a few more days!

I traveled with my mom since she came to visit and hasnt been to the area, it's easily the best service I've ever received - the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful and the property is absolutely gorgeous. I definitely plan on returning in the future, perhaps yearly for a getaway. Thank you so much for the delightful stay!

This is the second time staying in Fuji Ginkei, while the first time was in 2017. The reason I chose it when I went to Kawaguchiko the second time was the perfect location, service, and food when I stayed in 2017. First, I should thank the hotel staff. As you might know, it is tough for solo travelers to book a Ryokan room. As a search around the hotel list, which I think is perfect for the stay, Fuji Ginkei is one of a few hotels which said OK. I appreciate it. The location is perfect as you can see the lake and mountain simultaneously. For Kawaguchiko, only a few hotels have this kind of view. When you arrive at the Kawaguchiko station, don't forget to call them, and they will pick you up. However, when you live, if you want to take their shuttle bus, you need to check their shuttle bus schedule. I choose the Japanese-style room which a balcony since I want to take many photos from my room. It is worth it as the view from the room is perfect. I can stay in the room and watch Mount Fuji all afternoon. It even has an individual bathroom in the room, which is kind of rare. If you stay in the hotel in Winter, don't forget to use the outdoor onsen. It will be freezing to get in and out, but it is worth it as you will see a very clear sky and many stars when using the outdoor onsen. You will never forget it. Moreover, don't forget to go lakeside, which is only a few meters away. You can take perfect photos of the lake, Mount Fuji and the stars. It is impressive. Service is as good as before, which you can imagine. When you are having breakfast and dinner, the staff will talk with you, introducing the dish and telling you much exciting and helpful information. For once, I was discussing さかさふじ with them and really learned a lot. The dish is good. As I stayed for two nights, I think the first night's dinner was better than the second. For breakfast, I don't have too many things to say. Overall, the dish tasted good but not as impressive as in 2017, maybe because I tried some Michelin during these years, which increased my standard. Overall, it is an excellent hotel, and the price is not that high compared to other hotels around Kawaguchiko. Once again, is it worthy.

About 10 years ago, when I stayed at Toyoko Inn in front of Himeji Station, I also made a membership card with a face photograph for 1500 yen. However, I also decided to keep my luggage at the time of the stay, and since then, I decided not to use Toyoko inn. However, I had to stop at Kofu because of my work, and I stayed for 10 years this time. First of all, the check-in was set up from 16 o'clock, and despite the corona ridge, about 10 people were waiting in the lobby until 16 o'clock. On the unit bus, I was surprised at the small toilet seat in the toilet, tired of the shower curtain smelling, and at night I was not sleeping with the loud sound of the wall clock in the room and removed the battery. I instruct people in the company to take other hotels. I will not use it for a while again. APA, Richmond, Alpharwan, etc. are more comfortable. By the way, the south exit of Toyoko-in Kofu Station is used for isolation of corona infected people.

Ishiwa Onsen was more than 10 years ago, and there was no ATM in the convenience store at that time, and there was a troubled memory. This time I was lost with the fireworks festival in Kawaguchiko, but I made it to Ishiwa Onsen. It was a 47000 yen accommodation fee using a discount of 5000 yen. I was looking forward to booking a rental bath. Check-in is a room. The view was in front of the station, so the ion was rounded and the mountain was visible on the left side. Because there was only one elevator, I got off the stairs about three times. I changed my clothes in front of Tan and went to the beer of the welcome drink, and it was said that I would not drink it if I didn't take a bath. There are people who drink before taking a bath, but there is a small cup of service. There is no such inn until now. Rent bath at 17 o'clock. The bath was large and was wasteful for 2 people. There were a lot of paper hair on the hairbrush. I was impressed that the dryer was Dyson. Dinner is a menu that tends to be a Japanese inn. Breakfast is 1 until now. Coffee and green tea were brought. The young employee put a rubber ring in front of Tan. It was a private room, so I want you to make a large Bon. I asked for pancakes and French toast came. I didn't eat fruit, but I was assisting it while peeling, so it was delicious when I ate apples. The souvenir bought a set of wine bottles and boiled shellfish. I was happy because abalone was cheap. This trip often hurts my mood. In Lotteria, I was waiting for 15 minutes with potatoes or in a cafe, I was washing dishes because I was not guided to the seat, and the image of Ishiwa became bad. There is an inn that makes Kawaguchiko enjoy the eyes and taste with about 30000 yen. It was good to be a fireworks festival. I will not go to Ishiwa Onsen ❗️

This lovely hotel (its a bit dated, but everything is clean and very nice) is right on the lake, and very quiet. Its 10 minutes driving distance from the Kawaguchi-Ko bus stand/train station and there is a free hotel shuttle every hour. I would definitely go for rooms with a view - either of the lake, or of Fujisan. We went for rooms with lake view, and very much enjoyed it. The rooms are big and very comfortable, with a desk, an armchair and a sofa. There is also a small balcony, with amazing views of the lake. Its so peaceful, especially in the early morning or during sunset. The hotel is located in a large garden. There is an indoor and lovely outdoor onsen, where you can bath in the warm water whilst seeing bamboo and hearing birds. Breakfast is a good buffet. The restaurant for dinner is rather expensive, so i would recommend eating in one of the few restaurants in the small town.

Pros: 1. The room comfortably accommodated 3 adults, although the bathroom was a bit small even for one person. 2. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory. 3. Breakfast met our expectations. 4. The onsen experience was enjoyable overall. 5. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Lake Kawaguchiko. 6. Free parking area is near the hotel entrance. Cons: 1. We specifically booked a room with a ”mountain view” hoping to see Mount Fuji. Our room was on level 3. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find that our view only included the tip of the mountain, obstructed by buildings and electric cables. This was quite different from the picturesque view advertised on their website. Considering the high price of the room (SGD$800 per night for 3 persons), this was a huge disappointment. We strongly believe that the hotel should reconsider offering level 3 rooms as 'mountain view' rooms and reserve levels 4 and 5 for this category, as this feels like a misrepresentation. 2. Dinner was a huge letdown. We were served only 2 platters of meat (pork and beef) of average quality and 1 vegetable platter for Shabu Shabu. The selection was extremely limited. Although we were offered a Kaiseki Ryori (multi-course Japanese-style meal) for the next evening, there was an additional charge of over $3000+ yen per person for the upgrade. Despite the extra cost, this option seemed more appealing as we did not want to have the same Shabu Shabu two nights in a row.

GGuest UserAiming to conquer Isawa Onsen inns, this was my first time trying out an inn. This is a small pure Japanese style inn with 10 rooms in total. The room on the second floor was a clean room of about 15 tatami mats that could accommodate about 5 people. There were futons laid out as a precaution against the coronavirus, but it was spacious. Wi-Fi was also available in the room. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep. There are a large indoor bath, a small indoor bath, and an open-air bath. Since we arrived early, we were able to use the bath for private use. I went early the next morning and was lucky to be able to use it almost by myself. Dinner was supposed to be served in the room, but since we couldn't go into the room due to coronavirus precautions, it was prepared in the next room. I had read somewhere that it was a light dinner, but there were so many dishes, the table was full, and every dish was delicious. We also had a leisurely breakfast served in our room. Since meals are served in your room, I think this is a good accommodation for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing time with peace of mind. Please note that cash payments are accepted at the venue, so if you prefer to pay by card, we recommend paying in advance.

GGuest User In spring, large peach blossom cut flowers are displayed at the entrance. In addition, raw orchid flowers are placed everywhere in the hall and are gorgeous. I've been there several times, but it was the first time I stayed at the West Building. From the Japanese-style room, I could see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. It is convenient because there are two keys to the room. The bath is in the main building, and at first I always go to the observation wine bath on the 7th floor. Personally, I like this wine bath the most than the wine bath in various places. First of all, it does not have a strong scent. In the wine bath, there are many inns that smell like grape juice in the dressing room and beyond, but this wine bath is not like that, and it is good hot water. According to the pamphlet of the inn, ”Authentic wine extract is given, and the good spring is still exquisite in Japan only wine bath.” Men can use the wine bath at night, but since the iron rule that they do not go to the bath after drinking is my home, I have never taken this wine bath. The next morning I went to the public bath on the first floor. This open-air bath is three steps, and it is divided into hot water, suitable hot water, and loose water of the source, and the lukewarm water is comfortable with hot water that can be used all the time to the shoulder. The indoor bath was quite hot water. Cosmetics are placed in the wash area. Dinner was served at a large restaurant. There are also a number of items, and freshly fried items are served. It was a product 々 that feels spring. It was the most delicious one (I forgot to take the photo). The noodles were not too soft and the miso taste was good. The rice was delicious, but I couldn't eat it all, so I regret what I asked for. Breakfast has been here several times, but it was my first time to have a buffet. It was a pretty good buffet with Yamanashi Prefecture and local (Fuefuki City) products. I was happy to have a raho (noodles are treasure sword ramen) that I wanted to eat all the time. I thought that hoto noodles would go well with ramen soup, and there were also cherry blossoms, Fujizakura pork wieners, Ashikawa Village konjac, Takekawa rice, etc. Local production was also used. I drank two cups while saying that the coffee was UCC instant, which was a little disappointing. After breakfast, I relaxed in the lobby lounge, watching the cherry blossoms and looking at the garden. These cherry blossoms are popular with customers. When you feed them, you will be surprised because a huge number of cherry blossoms come. This time, the most gorgeous cherry blossoms and peaches came when they were in full bloom, walked on the cherry blossom hot spring street, saw the cherry blossoms at night, and came to this inn on the hot spring street. We also recommend that you see the old photos of Ishiwa Onsen at the end of the lobby. A lot of pictures of the peaceful blue sky hot spring are on display at the hot spring that springs from the vineyard. When I checked out and got into the car and started running, the landlady who was being sent off to other customers dropped her hand and sent me off. I will go to stay again.

GGuest UserIn general, Shifeng Hotel is a well-prepared hot spring hotel, and it has all the configurations that hot springs should have, whether it is hot springs, hot spring meals or Japanese-style rooms. The hot spring meal is still not disappointing, whether it is breakfast or dinner, it is very rich. And the types of hot springs are also very rich, so it is very comfortable. The souvenir shop in the hotel is also reasonably priced. You can buy souvenirs about Mount Fuji and Ishiwa Hot Springs for about 400 yen. There are many koi in the Japanese-style courtyard. In addition, according to our observation, there is a black swan and a turtle. The hotel will provide food to feed the koi when checking in. The disadvantage is that it is a certain distance away from Shihe Hot Spring Station. Of course, most hot spring hotels have to walk for a while. It is very good as a place to take a vacation, and it is a little more convenient if you can speak Japanese!

GGuest UserThe room is simple and small, and I stayed in a single, so it is more like a business inn than a hot spring inn. The bath is not as large as a large bath, but there is also an open-air bath, so you can enjoy the hot spring feeling. The location is around the middle of the hot spring town, and there are many taverns and snacks around, and I think it is indispensable for dinner and drinking (on the contrary, there are few ordinary rice shops) Convenience stores are not nearby, so if you want to drink in the room, you should buy it in advance
