民宿離景區不遠，大概走個五百米左右就能到售票點。民宿老闆很好，我和朋友下山後，他還會打電話關心我們回來了沒有，吃了沒有。民宿周邊的環境很不錯，附近有家老兵驛站，裏面的大哥人也超級好，給我和我朋友煮了米粉吃。有出遊的朋友可以考慮真一家，老闆首頁是賣茶的，民宿是副業，老闆可能不經常在前台，記得打個電話耐心等待一下。

民宿地理位置很好，環境也很棒，開車到景區門口2分鐘，步行也就幾分鐘，從民宿可以通到隔壁村上，私房菜很好吃，推薦。

酒店在山頂，對於民宿來説環境還行，被子有點硬，酒店沒有免費的水贈送。有點糟心的是早上8點20分下去吃早餐，衹有白粥，7個人一盤榨菜，一盤花生7個雞蛋，東西真的太少了，我要求服務的阿婆多給幾個雞蛋，她都不同意，我就硬拿了幾個。阿婆一直盯着我們吃飯，也是有點醉了。出門之前讓老闆幫我們煮了一些開水帶上山。

優勢距離太姥山近外，一日三餐有點麻煩，本已拍了幾張照片，實在不敢恭維。衞生間味道太大（本人感覺）睡覺房間尚可。
