房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，戰在陽台上能大海和看日落，樓對面能吃飯，就是菜量少，但口味不錯，去漁井碼頭非常近，不到五分鐘的路程，早上可以到海邊看日出。

房間隔音太差了，能清楚聽到一樓和外面説話的聲兒，早上六點多就能聽到隔了兩三户的修房子砸釘子的嘣嘣聲，吵的睡不着。唯一好點就是離碼頭確實很近。
