剛建成不久，應該是島上規模最大的酒店了，距離碼頭很近，島上吃飯基本也都在這一片區域。獨享一片絕美的海岸線，在茶室或者餐廳看海，看夕陽，很美。房間很乾凈，乾濕分離，除了床墊略軟，很舒適。離店當天遇離島航船調整，前台妹妹還幫助延長了一會兒時間，到可以銜接坐船。總之是很棒的體驗。

該酒店在嵛山島算大酒店，嵛山島多數為民宿；酒店為新建酒店，裝修味還比較重；預訂了一個海景房，淡季價格太貴；酒店服務較差，打電話到總枱諮詢是否有車接送，直接拒絕；酒店房價490多元，但早餐就200元酒店的水平，且9:00後就沒有了。

酒店位置很好，離碼頭、遊客中心（去天湖景區的大巴乘坐點）很近，附近也有很多吃飯的地方，出行方便。
訂的觀海房，房間是很大的落地窗，風景很好；早餐廳也是朝海那麪。服務熱情、到位，打電話送水、送生活用品都很及時。環境整潔，房間面積大，入住體驗很好。

房間很乾凈，服務很熱情。可以説在島上最乾淨的酒店。好像是新開設施都很新。住的很舒服。酒店環境也很好。還可以看日落。

1.衞生問題。昨晚很晚回酒店就直接睡了，但是早上七點多起來發現床上有明顯血漬，檢查了一下自己睡衣都沒有血漬。
2.搪塞服務。七點多就反饋了給客房經理，上來看一會就説反饋一下，然後一直沒解決，再打電話一直掛斷電話不接。
3.態度強硬，等了三個多小時提出訴求前台直接説都做不到。
國慶遇到真的很糟心，一個上午就這種事情，原來的計劃都沒了。

設施：新開業的酒店設施完善舒適温馨，布草和洗漱用品質量很好，離碼頭比較近
衞生：乾淨清爽，不錯👍
環境：在房間望海很漂亮，新的酒店，酒店的外部還在施工
服務：前台和客房服務人員接受培訓比較專業，態度好也很快，如果能主動聯繫客人提供碼頭接送服務就更好了。

嵛山島很不錯，但是酒店很一般，在平台看還是新開的，但是這個價位真的不值，性假比不高，房間好小與宣傳的照片超級不符合，衞生超級差，那個衞生間進去味道薰的直接出來，那個味道直沖天靈蓋，房間與浴室多處頭髮、還有飛蟲，最重要的是房間內味道超級大，打開房間就是種發黴的味道，大家慎重考慮，其實島內不大可以多選擇一下。避免踩坑

挺失望的，提前預訂的攜程價格太貴！近700的價格住了個快捷酒店，整體體驗很一般，酒店外圍還在裝修，亂七八糟的，前台居然是在地下一層的，靠大馬路的酒店門口進去就是三樓，門口一個服務人員都沒有，整個酒店門面都沒人管理，外人可以隨意進出，要是住的三樓客房真的感覺挺不安全的…
房間門隔音不好，白天走廊裏其他房間關門聲非常大，半夜睡了更是被嚇一跳，新酒店房間設施還可以，相對乾淨，説是智能馬桶其實並不完全是，衹能自動沖水，第一次見到這種所謂的智能馬桶，早餐挺一般，服務馬馬虎虎，感覺也就是快捷酒店的水準，不會再去了
