酒店有點偏，行街食飯行比較遠，外部環境不好。停車方便，房間不大，靠馬路一邊很嘈雜，很晚嘈音還在，這天應該客人不多，其實可以安排不靠馬路邊的，衹住一晚就算了。服務員沒有服務意識，上樓前問外賣能否到，答案肯定，當我上房下單時發現酒店不在送貨範圍時下樓再問才知要地址填旁邊的店再寫酒店房號，這種做一事踢一腳的服務失望。

酒店開業不久，環境很好，床很軟前台服務態度不錯，離景區售票處很近早餐也還可以。賓館乾淨整潔，浴室無異味，且洗澡水壓很大，遊覽回酒店沖把澡真的舒服。酒店服務到位，有呼必應，真的很難得！！！太姥山遊玩就應該住這酒店！

新裝修的酒店，距離太姥山遊客中心很近。非常方便。設施設備很新，服務也好。有停車場。到鎮上小吃街也不遠。還有年份白茶免費體驗。推薦入住。

中規中矩的一家新店，離太姥山景區大門不是太遠，自帶停車場，對面有加油站。房間是新的，一些都還是不錯的。早餐較簡單，整體體驗感還是不錯。
