30 mins outside of Tokyo, same day booking I was given a room approximately 3 times the size of a standard Japanese accommodation room. Had an outdoor balcony that was twice or 3 times the size of a standard balcony. Upon checkout I could see that I was provided a larger than standard room. Bathroom was very spacious, the living area had an L shape couch! I would stay here again for the price, space and value.

The room is not small. Although the hotel is old and the facilities are old, it is clean and tidy without odor and well maintained. The hotel service is also good, and the front desk can communicate in English. Breakfast is a major feature. Even if you don't stay in the hotel, it is worth trying this Northeast Ranch restaurant. The hotel is very close to Fuzhong Station, and it is convenient to go around the station and eat.

The hotel consists of a new building and a main building separated by a connecting corridor.
I stayed in the new building, but the interior has a dated feel that doesn't really feel like a new building. However, it is clean so don't worry.
Breakfast wasn't initially included, but it had good reviews so I had it on my last morning.
It was certainly delicious overall, but I don't think it's cheap value for money. There is no choice for breakfast, so it's just for accommodation.
