酒店外面看着還可以，酒店內部已經很老舊了。設施需要更新了，晚上空調聲音，白天水果批發市場市場商户汽車都很吵，不推薦入住

服務熱情。設備有些老舊。淋浴花灑水量充沛。房間空間適度，不逼仄。出門就是水果批發市場。約200米外就是餐飲街和閩東醫院。餐飲街有公交車，兩站即到福安汽車站。閩東醫院有車到行政服務中心。在行政服務中心乘18路可到穆陽鎮信用社站下，50米外在該鎮農貿市場門口倒去鹹福村的中巴即到白雲山景區南門（不過該車班次較少，早上要早些過去——大約8:30或9:00有一趟車，記不太清楚了）。
