The room is exquisite, cleverly decorated, one person checks in at night a little blurry, enter the password into the house, no one, follow the mail instructions to the kitchen table to get the room key, open the envelope with the room message, in the morning the host will prepare breakfast, 8:30 Let's all come down for breakfast. It feels very warm.

Spent 2 nights here on vacation. Nice and interesting inn, located in a quaint town on the outskirts of NO Conway. Loved the home and wonderful breakfast. Beautiful surroundings, enjoyed sitting on the back deck and taking in the wonderful views. Our room was clean and decorated nicely. Had all the amenities and nice staff. Hope to make it back in the Fall.

If we could give it less than a 1 , we would. Honest review from experienced travelers. This is an old house in a low to middle class neighborhood with views to a rough looking back yard and neighborhood street. The room we stayed in brought me back to my childhood bedroom with wall to wall carpet. Needless to say needs updating. We were not greeted by anyone, but left to communicate by phone if needed. Sitting rooms felt old and dark throughout and in need of updating, unless you prefer going back in time to the 70’s. Since we paid for the room online, it was non refundable. Had it been, we would have went elsewhere once we pulled up and saw the location and room. The next morning there was a full breakfast and someone was in the kitchen (maybe the owner?) who told us to help ourselves. However, upon checkout, the breakfast was charged to our bill ( although it’s advertised as complimentary breakfast, on Kayak, and the lodging is touted as a Bed & Breakfast). Had we known that it was not complimentary (maybe a sign stating we will upcharge you, if not communication, would have been helpful) we would have had breakfast elsewhere. This is the first Inn we’ve been to where breakfast is not complimentary. (We have since learned we were charged because we paid through a third party. ) So basically either way you are ultimately being charged for breakfast you are better off getting elsewhere . Overall, this was not a relaxing, hospitable overnight stay as expected. It is dark and old which felt dirty to me even though it may have been clean. Overall, it was as if we were staying in someone’s childhood home (who really didn’t want you to be there) and felt uncomfortable from beginning to end. Buyer beware.

Really enjoyed our weekend here. The inn is beautiful and quite interesting. We loved exploring the different rooms, especially the library. The grounds and outside space is very peaceful and we spent our evenings relaxing on the outside deck. The owner was super nice and we thoroughly enjoyed talking with her at breakfast each morning. She was very accommodating and inn was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic, it was delicious, fresh and everything appeared to be homemade.

Affordable but dirty. We rented two rooms and both had doors that wouldn't close, bugs in corners, under furniture and lots of dust. The Keurig coffee makers were very dirty and showers had black mold. Also the towels were all stained and all laundry smelled of excessive detergent or fabric softener so we didn't use anything. Breakfast was okay but seemed old and not freshly made. Coffee was weak and the creamer was curdled. Overall this place lacks tlc and seems to have no host on site. I saw one person at breakfast and when I attempted to say hello they quickly scurried away, never saw them again.

We stayed for 2 nights and found the inn to be much more than expected! Great location, very close to lots of hikes, restaurants and other fun things to do. Host greeted us when we arrived and gave us lots of information about the area. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. Had a lovely breakfast both morning, with a large amount of options. We really enjoyed ourselves at this quaint inn!

Our “upgraded” room had no cot for our 3rd guest. We found a room with a cot. Horrible old squeeky springs . Owners reassured cots were xtra high quality. Owners told us we had no 3rd person reservation. (I have receipt we pd 4 this) no brkfst, crappy bed. No adjustment on price.

Had a wonderful stay at this quaint B&B in Fryeburg, ME. We visited the area for our annual foliage trip and had a fantastic stay. The home has a lot of history and we stayed in a charming room that was one of the original bedrooms in the house. Our room was spacious, modern and clean and we had a peaceful two nights sleep. The room had a TV, fridge and microwave as well. Breakfast was exceptional, with a large array of items to chose from. We also greatly enjoyed meeting other guests at the breakfast table each morning. It is just a 10-15 minute drive to No Conway and the Kancamangus Highway. We highly recommend a stay at this property.
