A very pleasant Hotel Restaurant where you feel good. Heat home of the Responsible. Hotel very well located and quiet. Rooms are perfect. Breakfast in buffet service is generous. The restaurant is fresh and well cooked the service is really pleasant.

En fait c'est un ancien hôtel formule 1 qui a ”peut être” perdu l'enseigne, probablement à votre manque de tout, surtout de professionnalisme. Réservé dans l'urgence sur internet, et évidemment impossible à joindre par téléphone. Si vous voulez passer une nuit blanche due aux bruits, vous êtes au bon endroit. Entre les jeunes qui viennent rigoler et parler sous les fenêtres (le Mac Do est juste à côté) dans la totale IGNORANCE des gérants, entre les enfants dans des chambres qui crient et rigolent jusqu'à 2h du matin, parfois dans les couloirs (ou étaient les parents ?), entre les portes hyper bruyantes, je me souviendrai de ma pire expérience hôtelière. Monsieur le gérant si vous lisez ce message, croyez-moi vous n'y connaissez rien en respect de la clientèle, ou au désir d'avoir des clients satisfaits. Par pitié, changez de métier... Je voyage beaucoup en hôtel, et là vous avez décroché la palme du pire. Vous serez donc présent dans mes pires anecdotes de voyage que je partagerai avec mes amis. Vous serez donc numéro 1 quelques part dans votre vie. Je n'ai jamais rien vu d'aussi mauvais.... 85€ pour avoir les WC et la douche (sale) dans le couloir mais surtout ....pour ne PAS dormir... Votre inaction est scandaleuse. En partant, j'ai vu des voitures belges, allemandes et hollandaises. Vous laissez une image tellement déplorable de l'hôtellerie ”française”. PS : les prix ne sont pas affichés à l'accueil, ce qui ne m'étonne pas...
