The receptionist did not greet us and did not provide sufficient information about the hotel facilities, e.g. wifi, check-out time, restaurant's opening hours and transport. The room was too dim and small. The price was quite high. Overall the room was clean and the breakfast was of good quality.

During check-in, I had to return to reception four times to convince the staff that my key wasn’t working. After 15 minutes of back and forth, I was finally given a different room. The room I stayed in was in need of renovation, and I even found a spider in the bathroom. The breakfast was among the worst I’ve ever had, especially considering the 18 EUR price. The selection was very limited, with dried, old cheeses and reheated sausages. The scrambled eggs were also dry and tasteless. The only positive aspect was the fresh orange juice.

Very quiet rooms, good temp, clean beds and linen, fair food prices for quantity... service with a smile! just all around good stuff for business travel! The breakfast experience was just the right size with quality food provided with enough variety to please the palate.

Difficult to reach to Hotel, nearest railway station is also far. Can you provide any pick-up, drop facility from Hotel to nearest railway station or nearest railway station to hotel.
