This accommodation is more like an AirBnB and not a hotel. The room was clean and had a good view from the enclosed balcony. The bathroom layout meant that the shower was in the doorway between the room and bathroom so you could not go from the bathroom into the bedroom without walking on a wet shower floor and the bathroom could not be used whilst the shower was in use unless you were already in the bathroom …… very strange. The aircon was a unit on the balcony and not really in the bedroom. The room is in a block which had residential apartments and perhaps even some offices All in all, I would not return to this hotel

Located in an apartment building and it is quite spacious inside. The bathroom/ shower situation isn’t ideal as it gets wet outside the walk in shower. Also the air conditioning is situated on the balcony and has an outlet out of an open window. I wouldn’t recommend this set up for families with children. The check in/ check out is in a cafe. The staff seemed to be too busy to check in quickly. It was disappointing as this is an expensive hotel. Also, parking is some distance away, so again not very convenient. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to price and inconveniences.

We spent 2 nights in this superb apartment 602. Everything is perfect. Very large with a breathtaking view of Lake Constance and the quays from which the ferries depart. The bedding is very comfortable. The welcome in the Aika café next door was very friendly and attentive. We had breakfast there, excellent. Located right in the center of the old town, you can park the car in the Altstadt car park. I recommend without hesitation.

Die Lobby bzw. der check-inn findet in einer benachbarten Bäckerei statt. Parken in einem Parkhaus in der Nähe, aber man kann vor dem Hotel seine Koffer rausholen und aufs Zimmer bringen. Das ist kein Problem. Die Lage sehr zentral, die Zimmer sehr modern - leider funktioniert die Klimaanlage nicht vernünftig, das ist vor allem im Sommer ziemlcih ätzend.
