Удобное расположение - все в шаговой доступности и железнодорожная станция и вход в аэропорт. Рецепшн и заселение - все быстро и оперативно. В номере есть все необходимое. Чисто и опрятно. Завтрак - голодным точно не останетесь 😉 - Рекомендую отель 👍

The hotel was very clean and well looked after, the staff are also friendly. There is free parking also available. There was no kettle/coffee maker in the room and the breakfast selection is not very big, but apart form this i had a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed.

Per lavoro mi fermo al Ibis due notti, camera discreta, non rifanno il letto, non rassettano la stanza, non puliscono il bagno e non cambiano la biancheria. Sotto al letto 2 dita di polvere sul parquet. La stanza non è molto isolata dal punto di vista acustico, si sentivano chiaramente i vicini che si divertivano … personale comunque disponibile

Im Zimmer tote Fliege auf dem Scheibtisch, stinkkäfer auf dem Rücken auf dem Boden, Toilette stinkt mach Urinstein…. Reklamation an der Rezeption angebracht und was im rahmen des möglichen war, wurde getan… Punkt ist es hätte dazu nicht kommen müssen… Tote Tiere kommen vor, vor dem Neuvergeben noch mal Check und gut ist …. Ich frage nicht nach dem miracle sondern einfach nach dem und sauberen Zimmer … Rezeption offerierte direkt Frühstück aufs Haus - danke dafür aber das ist nicht, weshalb ich reklamiere… (Bilder vorhanden)

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Rezeption. Normalerweise möchte ich 20 € mit den Punkten zahlen, aber die Mitarbeiterin des Frühdienstes hat nur diskutiert, und ich musste 36 € selbst bezahlen. Der späte Dienst sagte, ich solle morgen früh mit den Accor-Punkten zahlen, aber die Mitarbeiterin des Frühdienstes war sehr unfreundlich und hat 15 Minuten lang nur diskutiert und private Fragen gestellt, anstatt zu helfen. Außerdem gab es kein Wasser im Zimmer, und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert.
