Relatively new hotel, but there are already signs of wear and tear, especially in the room. The reception staff in the evening were completely incompetent and unfriendly. They were chatting in the office and were visibly annoyed that another guest wanted to check in. Absolutely unacceptable! The hygiene products were of the lowest quality. Breakfast was totally overpriced. Overall, not really recommended.

Friedrichshafen is very big, and there are many hotel options. We had to go to Boness Lake before, so I chose this hotel blindly because I didn't know the location, so it is about 1.7 kilometers away from the busy main street. There is a direct bus. The location of this hotel is not far away, and there are hotels around. It is also relatively large, and the service facilities are OK.
