The hotel is okay, but unfortunately, you get ripped off. It's understandable that smoking isn't allowed in the rooms. So I smoked on the balcony with the door closed. The day after we left, I received a bill for special cleaning. I called and was told that the room had to be aired out because of the smell of smoke, which wasn't true... and I was supposed to pay €150 for it!!!!!!!!!!!! I've never experienced anything like this before and find it a complete disgrace. I can only recommend that every smoker avoid this hotel if they don't want to experience a nasty surprise.

Positiv: Wunderschönes Hotel, neu und modern. Unser Zimmer mit Seesicht und Balkon war toll! Ebenso der freundliche Empfang beim Check-in, das hervorragende Essen im Restaurant Pinus inkl. Aufmerksamkeit zu meinem Geburtstag. Auch das à la carte-Frühstück fanden wir sehr fein. Kleines Minus: Einzig der Saunabereich ist sehr klein. Für die Grösse des Hotels hat es zu wenig Liegeplätze, wir sind wieder gegangen, da es voll war... Und dass der Hotelparkplatz 1 Euro/h kostet könnte man vielleicht anders lösen sowie den nicht grad schönen Bambuszaun zum See hin.
