I had booked a double room in this hotel from Friday to Sunday at the beginning of February 2024 for a wedding on the second weekend in June 2024; this booking was also confirmed to me. At the end of May, I received a call from the hotel saying that, due to an in-house event, they could only give me the booked room for the first night, but not for the second night. The hotel wasn't even embarrassed and they couldn't give me an alternative room. From the experience described above, I really can't recommend this hotel to anyone, even one star is too many! In diesem Hotel hatte ich Anfang Februar 2024 anlässlich einer Hochzeit am zweiten Juniwochenende 2024 ein Doppelzimmer von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht; diese Buchung wurde mir auch bestätigt. Ende Mai erhielt ich einen Anruf vom Hotel, dass man mir wegen einer hauseigenen Veranstaltung das gebuchte Zimmer nur noch für die erste Nacht, nicht jedoch für die zweite Nacht geben könnte. Es war dem Hotel nicht mal peinlich, und man konnte mir auch kein Ersatzquartier benennen. Aus oben geschilderter Erfahrung kann ich dieses Haus wirklich niemandem mehr empfehlen, da ist selbst ein Stern noch zuviel!
