If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
The owners were a delight of hospitality, warmth and welcoming.
The breakfasts were ideal and thoughtful touches of complimentary gift bottle upon arrival was wonderful.
We would always stay at this Inn if the opportunity presented itself once more.

Very comfortable and cozy. Great host. Good communication and very welcoming.
Access is a bit difficult if you have mobility issues but they were very accommodating to allow us to use a different access

Wonderful stay in the woods
We stayed as a couple in the Forest room and absolutely loved the private hot tub with great view of the forest. The B&B is set in a beautiful forest setting and great view of the lake. Breakfasts were amazing.

I have two pieces of advice for anyone making reservations here. 1. make sure you have travel insurance. 2. make sure you know and understand how the ferries work - reservations, schedules, etc This was a seriously bad and expensive experience.

I don’t agree with previous comments about place is run down. It is not brand new but it is to be expected. It is a B and B in the island in the woods and not a brand new Sheraton. Those who complained should not stay at Bed and Breakfasts :-). With that said my experience was great! I was visiting solo as I do every year in July. The hosts are doing everything to make you feel welcomed. I had separate Arbor Room with a hot tub. Unfortunately I could not use hot tub because of surgery I had but I hope to be back and use it. Breakfast was great and they have French press coffee. Also they gave me bottle of local wine! I had my own balcony where you can sit and listen to nature sounds and you can see the lake. Also Duck Soup restaurant is 15 walk min away. Because I was planning to have cocktails I walked instead of driving. It is very nice restaurant. B and B is extremely expensive though (like 5 star hotel in Europe somewhere!) but since it is high season it is understandable. Unfortunately for me weather was horrible both days so I didn’t get the experience I was hoping for but not the B and B fault.

Really run down compared to the photos. They need to update the place. Outside has junk and tarps everywhere. Grounds were not clean or well kept. Breakfast was ok Never saw the host other than breakfast. This place looked great but has really fallen apart.

Quirky stay
The beds were comfortable and the location was very quiet. The breakfast was very good and there were fun things put out in the room like cookies and soaps made in Friday Harbor. It was a bit more quirky than we expected.
