Ein traumhaft schön gelegenes Hotel. Das Essen ist dort sehr gut. Vom reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet angefangen, bis hin zum Abendessen . Reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich, tolle Qualität und sehr gute Handwerkerskunst. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Rezeption und Management unfreundlich und nach Kritik eher desinteressiert. Wer ein ruhiges Zimmer bestellt, sollte sich dies schriftlich bestätigen lassen, denn nur dann hat es Wert. Dass es sich um ein Tagungshotel handelt wird manchen auch erst durch eine unruhige Nacht bewusst, die Aussage jeder weiß das, traf zumindest für uns nicht zu. Letztendlich erhielten wir wohl das Lauteste zur Terrasse, auf der auch noch nach 24:00 der Service aktiv war. Ruhe kehrte erst nach 1:30 ein, nachdem man sich lautstark in die benachbarten Zimmer verabschiedete. Wer über 200,00 € die Nacht zahlt will sich nicht über einen "Beherbegungsvertrag" streiten und warum natürlich das Hotel selber völlig unschuldig ist. Anzumerken sei auch, dass der Parkplatz nicht kostenlos ist, berechnet wird dies dann als Servicegebühr/Parkplatz, was jedoch nichts anderes als ein Nutzungsentgeld ist. Wir werden im Edelacker nicht erneut nächtigen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend mit dem 4Gänge Menü und der Weinverkostung und einem sehr netten und kompetenten Kellner. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat gut geschmeckt. Auch die passenden Weine schmeckten sehr gut. Wir werden es weiter empfehlen

Waren nur eine Nacht aber wir sind begeistert vom Weinberghotel Edelacker. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorragendes Essen und ein sehr guter Weiswein "Bachus Edition Edelacker". Sehr ruhige Lage auf dem Weinberg und eine herrliche Aussicht auf Freyburg und die Unstrut. Dierekt im Hotel gebucht, war am preiswertesten.
