This was my first time to stay at a Hometown Studios and I was happy with the stay. The room was fairly basic, but matched the online description. WiFi service was good and everything in the room was working. My only complaint would be that the room lighting could be improved. An overhead fluorescent fixture provided good lighting in overall, but the dim bedside wall mounted light fixture was dim, great mood lighting, but impossible to read in bed.

Really very very, very dissatisfied with a stay Hotel service is very good, the front desk is also very enthusiastic, but the hotel's hardware is really desperate. The hotel is very poorly soundproof. The three-story fountain in the lobby facing the lobby is very noisy all night, and you can hear the sound of the toilet next door in the evening. The air-conditioning noise of the hotel is also very loud. The sound of the bang is completely unable to sleep. It is almost impossible to sleep after being awakened by the train outside at 4 am.

Clean and big room. Helpful staff. Front desk was so super efficient and coordinated. Amazing lobby restaurant with great tapas, live band, good selection of drinks, and very friendly staff. Great vibe. I was trying to book Piccadilly inn airport in Fresno but ended up booking this. Was asking if there’s any airport shuttle and found out I booked wrong hotel 😂. It wasn’t that far with Uber to airport and downtown Had a big shopping mall next to the hotel so very convenient. Also a great Italian restaurant close by. Provide to go breakfast and very good coffee. Has a coffee machine in room. Overall great experience.

The location of the hotel is very close to the airport, you can walk, you will be through the airport parking lot! Hotel facilities are very old, there is no service at all, enough for overnight stay at the airport!

I had a house fire in late December and have been placed in the holiday inn here for two months, in the time I’ve been here I have had absolutely amazing customer service by Nicolas and Iazia not only during the shuttle rides but in regards to being prompt, respectful and helpful at every opportunity. On multiple occasions I have made requests and they were understanding as well as willing to work with me. I wish I could rate this establishment higher than five stars due to the stellar service I’ve received. Hey deserve the highest of praise and I asked them if there was any way I could show them my appreciation so they pointed me to this website/survey. I can’t express how great they’ve been and I hope this makes a difference.

On the first night after about two hours I got bitten by a bed bug and caught it too. Went down to the reception and did get a new room for the night. However the rest of the response was totally lackluster even though I showed the bug to the receptionist, he wasn’t really interested to look at it. He also told me that Pest Control could not come out the same day because of Thanksgiving. Of course this is totally unacceptable. The next morning the manager of the hotel called me to say that they were not going to reimburse me for the room (even though you can imagine that my night was ruined) and she doubted that there were even bad bugs. My business partner and I both have status with Hilton and it just shows what your loyalty is worth to Hilton. Very disappointed.
